Additional amenities in this home include a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry. The home media includes Roku, Sling TV, and high-speed internet. Don't forget to let the central air-conditioning and fans keep the home cool during your stay.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect - location was great! Able to walk to beach and grocery store easily! Back yard area was nice to hang out in during the evening. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

Just fair.

The home was clean overall. We extended our stay before arrival but the code still changed and we’re locked out. It’s very hard to get a real human on the phone and not the automated system. The furniture was not great. Only five towels in the house that sleeps 7. The master shower did not drain. No hangers in the home. Only mirrors in the bathrooms- no floor length- heads up girls!

Great place to stay!

Great place & great cost. Walk to the beach public access 65 wasn’t bad at all . Pool was very convenient. We rode our bikes around in the neighborhood adjoining Shorewalk. The house was so cute & modern. There were a lot of places you could walk to.

I found this location easily on line and was able to book this quickly. I was contacted quickly and they made everything easy getting there and checked in. The home was way more than we expected very clean and nice. Property mngr team stayed in contact w me the entire time. Quiet and gated. Close to everything in PCB. It’s got everything you will neee. We really enjoyed the property. If you are wanting to be in PCB area this is the place. Check it out. Steve and kelly

Beautifully maintained home in gated community

I had such an amazing experience vacationing in this home in Panama City Beach. I often travel alone, and as a single woman, safety is my ultimate concern. This home is in a lovely gated community, nestled just a few minutes walk from Beach access point 65. Being slightly set away from the tourist crowds, I felt completely comfortable and was also spared from any street noise and party-goers. The home was impeccably clean and up to date, with a wonderful first floor master suite, rain shower, and loads of natural light. The pool is conveniently located right across from the home, and is only accessible to residents and renters. I loved being able to walk quickly to the beach, the grocery store, and a few local restaurants. Pier Park is easy to access as well, just 1.25 miles down the road. This would be great for families or any couple or individual looking to enjoy all PCB has to offer, while maintaining their utmost privacy. I would most definitely stay here again!

House is amazing very convenient to beach and a super clean subdivision. Our only complaints was coffee pot was missing, NONE of the back porch lights worked so we couldn’t use our corn holes we brought. And there was many bees in the backyard as well. There was NO beach chairs to use as in description so we had to spend money buying them. Bring towels only 4 bath towels to use. Upstairs only had one tv and it was not a smart tv so pointless and smoke alarm keep beeping the whole vacation!!. Netflix keep cutting off down stairs and we didn’t have the password for Hulu or Disney. Pool was nice had a lot of leafs, pine needles in it and very warm in 90 degree weather wish it was cooler. But overall it’s a nice stay just need to make some fixes.

Great Stay

The house was close to the beach and easy access to everything great! Felt safe and great access to all things Panama City Beach! Really enjoyable time!
