Welcome to the suite that we affectionately call Annie. This building and has been remodeled from top to bottom and currently has two separate suites. Annie has lots to offer, we hope you enjoy your stay!

About the property:
The property is located on the west side of Rapid City providing easy access to Canyon Lake Park and Meadowbrook Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.
What guests love about our listing:
â„Off street parking with room for trailers and large vehicles
â„Great for large groups, weddings, family reunions, etc.
â„Outdoor seating with propane firepit and grill
â„All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms.
â„Recently remodeled and set up with modern furniture and dĂ©cor
â„We are right across the street from Canyon Lake Park which offers playgrounds, fishing, horse-shoe pits, and more.
â„Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area.
â„Free in-suite laundry
â„Easy self check-in via secure door keypad
â„Fast Wifi
What some guests don't love about our listing:
â„There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the suite.
â„Annie is one of three suites in the building, the other two are Lola and June. Lola is attached (side by side) and June is the basement suite. There is potential for some noise from the other suites.
â„We are located next door to a commercial office building. There is some daytime traffic in the parking lot but it is quiet at night.
â„We don't have a yard or any outdoor grassy area. We do have a patio and are located across the street from Canyon Lake Park.
Our home sleeps 11 guests with one king bed, four queen beds, and one chair that lays down into a twin bed.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that youâre staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.Â
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 11 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
