The home is a beautifully restored 1935 executive cottage with 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage, singular but long driveway for multiple car parking, living and dining areas, a workout gym, a beautiful sunroom, and a large outdoor living space. It is located in the gorgeous Harbor Oaks Historic District, surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and just a few houses away from the famed Century Oaks Estate and Magnolia Drive Dock (perfect for fishing, picnics, and stunning sunsets).

ABOUT THE PESKY CLEANING FEE (the bane of Airbnb's existence):
$300 monthly cleaning fee - this is passed straight through to our cleaning service with no upcharge. It INCLUDES BI-MONTHLY CLEANING SERVICE w/bed and bath linens also laundered.

OPTIONAL AMENITIES (upon request, with ample notice in advance):
- Weekly laundry service with pickup and delivery $100 per week
- Weekly dinner delivery service prepared by local chef, price available upon request
- Weekly provisions (fridge stocked with drinks, fresh fruit & snacks), price available upon request
- Weekly house cleaning service for an additional $150 per week
- Check-in charcuterie platter $100 for 2, $150 for 6

COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES (upon request, with ample notice in advance):
- Adult & Kid Bikes (provided with bike locks that must be used with any use)
- Stand Up Paddle Boards from LIVE Watersports - catamaran style and super stable, boards float over 500 pounds and can accommodate multiple people, coolers, etc (please note: you must provide proof of roof rack/truck bed for transporting boards to the water, along with a signed waiver for injury/loss)

CAR RENTAL OPTION:
Land Rover Defender (currently booked for February) - black on black with black rims, loaded with all the upgrades, seating for 5, ample trunk space, roof racks, LIVE paddle board complimentary with advance notice, $1,000 per week via turo

Turnkey Amenities:
Home includes a King in the Master, Full in the 2nd Bedroom, and Queen in the 3rd Bedroom. All of our bedrooms come fitted with bamboo sheets and a variety of pillow styles (some firm/some fluffy, some thick/some thin) to satisfy all of our guests. Feel free to mix and match, if need be. We also practice Hygge and have baskets of extra soft blankets throughout the house so you should never be without. Unlike other rentals, we supply enough toilet paper and paper towels to last for the week, as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash for your entire stay. We also provide a sample size bag of toothpaste and a couple of tooth brushes for those who forget to bring their own. If you are ever running low on supplies, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Our home is turnkey so all you have to do is show up!

Backyard:
The backyard includes a full size in-ground pool that can be heated during the winter (please be aware there is no additional safety guard for the pool), a play area for children only that includes a few different style swings, a ninja course, and a trampoline. Also, you will find a Traeger grill, outdoor living room area/lounge furniture, pool loungers with umbrella, bistro table for two, as well as a whole house generator (great if storms approach and the power goes out). The pool house is filled with rafts, pool toys, goggles, floaties, and all the bug spray and natural sunscreens you could need. Please note we keep the lounge cushions stored in here as well so they are not ruined in the Florida rain showers, but they are always available for your use. On the other side of the pool house you will find our walk-in Sauna (robes can be found in the master bedroom closet) with a water basket for slowly dripping over the rocks after they have heated, and an outdoor shower located behind the sauna.

Garage:
The garage is suited for one car, and also houses our full-sized front-loader washer and dryer (including dye-free laundry detergent pods), a clothes steamer, and utility sink. In here you can also find all of our beach supplies including: full sized folding all-terrain beach wagon, beach chairs, a variety of beach bags, large Igloo cooler, smaller cooler bag, lots of natural sunscreens, small beach umbrella, and beach toys (for kids and adults alike). We also have corn hole, kids bikes, air pump, a picnic basket and blanket, etc for your use. When requested in advance, we can also arrange for adult sized bikes and LIVE Watersports stand up paddle boards (when your vehicle comes equipped with the proper carrying racks) - photos on insta @livewatersports.
