Southern Exposure Home w / Great Dock (nouveau en 2018!), Vue imprenable, piscine chauffée

La maison privée au bord de l'eau offre, parmi ses nombreuses commodités, un quai à accès direct (tout neuf, achevé en juin 2018) et un patio à quai, avec des parasols en chaume (cabanes de poulet), où vous pouvez obtenir autant de soleil ou d'ombre que vous le souhaitez . L'exposition au sud offre du soleil toute la journée pour le patio et la piscine chauffée (chauffe-piscine électrique installé en 2014), et vous pouvez profiter de la vue fascinante sur la marina à l'ombre de la véranda.

Notre maison mise à jour dispose de 3 chambres aux dimensions généreuses (Master Suite avec lit King, deuxième chambre avec lit King et troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux) et 3 salles de bain complètes. Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin à la maison est inclus, du stock généreux de serviettes de bain et de plage à la cuisine bien équipée. Des télévisions à écran plat sont proposées dans la salle familiale et la chambre principale. Vous trouverez des jouets de piscine, bien sûr, ainsi que du matériel de plage et des cannes à pêche pour attraper le déjeuner ou le dîner. Faites une promenade de deux minutes jusqu'à la marina pour acheter des appâts vivants, apportés tous les jours et discutez avec les capitaines salés pour découvrir ce qui mord.

De grandes portes vitrées coulissantes s'ouvrent largement, offrant une vue sur l'eau depuis presque toutes les pièces et captant ces brises tropicales. Cette maison est à une courte distance de la plage de Tigertail, à distance de marche de Old Marco, y compris le Snook Inn, et à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants.

Nouveau toit, cage de piscine et peinture extérieure, y compris la surface de la véranda à partir de janvier 2018! Nouveau quai expansif terminé en mai 2018 avec de la place pour amarrer votre bateau jusqu'à 34 pieds !!

Fantastic Home

We stay in Marco every year. This was definitely the most fun location. We enjoyed walking places and watching all the events in the Marina. Already booked for next year!!

Christmas n New Years on Marco Island

We enjoyed our family holiday vacation on Marco Island, and at this property. There were a few hiccups but nothing that truly took away from the trip as a whole. The property is perfect for a family vacation and perfectly located across from a marina with many boating activity options. Supermarkets, good eat out options, and the beach are a short drive. As for the hiccups. The previous renters did a bad job cleaning the cookware they used. This was also missed by the cleaning service before we arrived. The owner also needed us to take trash out to the curb from the previous renters. Not the end of the world, just never encountered that before. We took great pride in how we left the property and hopefully the owner will agree with that. There is a propane fire pit on the dock that we really looked forward to using but it didn't work. I tried hooking up two different tanks to it, but it never worked. I did ask about using it but never followed back up with the owner on the fact that it never worked. The hot water seemed to run out quickly when showering. I did report that to the owner, who was willing to have it checked. It wasn't the worst issue to deal with so we left it alone. You can fish from the dock, but it wasn't made clear that we needed to bring our own fishing equipment. The last hiccup was opening the refrigerator and there being food and condiments in the fridge and food in the freezer. We arrived with groceries, some of which (condiments) we probably didn't need, but not sure. I have rented many properties and never encountered that before. All that being said we were generally happy and would recommend this property to others. I would only recommend the owner follow up with the cleaning service to see what's left behind food wise that needs to be removed, and to make sure everything has been cleaned properly. Lastly, the owner was responsive leading up to our trip, when we did send text messages or had questions during the trip, and was also gracious enough to share some of the adult beverages he had on hand!

Nice property in a great MI location.

Close to great food, shops, beach, and the bridge making it easy to get anywhere. Lania is top notch with the great deck/dock combo out back. Spent most of our time in our by the pool.

Marco Family Vacation

Our stay at 875 Magnolia Court was excellent! The property was clean and comfortable. The marina across the way gets busy early, but I was usually up early enough drinking my Dunkin coffee on the dock early enough that it didn’t matter. We spent most of our time at the pool, dock or fire pit. We rented a boat from a local marina and no problems docking up at night. Worked wonderfully for my grown up family...could see some issues with younger children.

Relaxing and private

We enjoyed our stay. The background is private and very relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves. The house is a bit outdated. And the toilet in the master bedroom could not be used as it overflowed. There is also an ant issue. But otherwise very nice place. The owner is very accommodating and response very quickly.

Great Holiday Vacation!

A wonderful holiday vacation spent on Marco Island in this home. The house is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The house is well maintained and pool/lanai area is perfect dining and lounging. Plenty of space for a large family. We really enjoyed the activity around the marina as well as the daily visits from the dolphins, pelicans, and snowy egrets. Great communication with the owner. This house is a gem!

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed staying here. The master bed was really comfortable. Which is a very rare find. The location is awesome. Enjoyed all the goings on at the marina across the bay. Pool and lanai were really good. We would definitely stay again.

Best stay yet on Marco Island!

Third time on Marco Island and by far the best stay yet, location is excellent with three bars/restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The place was spotless and had all the amenities needed, lots of pool/beach gear in the garage. Having the Rose Marina out the back gave us lots to watch as we relaxed in the lanai or the pool and we watched dolphins off the boat dock twice. Loads of pelicans/herons and snowy egrets that made themselves at home outside the lanai each day, the herons were particularly noisy letting everyone know they were arriving. Quick and easy communication with the owners throughout from initial enquires through booking and check in/key code access. Many boat trips available from Rose Marina to cater for all tastes, we booked a sunset cruise with Sunshine tours from the tikki hut, as only the four of us we stopped at Keewaydin island for some shelling before doing some dolphin spotting followed by the sunset on our return to the marina, Captain Storm had lots of banter and local knowledge which helped us find the dolphins playing with their food and jumping out of the water. Would very highly recommend this property and if/when we come back to Marco Island this would be our first choice.

Great vacation July 2019!!!

The house was perfect for a middle class family of five. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were a plus. House is in perfect location being right by Gulf of Mexico for easy access and great views. Dolphins would swim right by the dock. We had an unknown bonus that one of the owners Kurt was down there visiting a friend. Kurt took us out on his boat the WOMBAT twice and showed us the lay of the land / water. My kids absolutely loved the boat rides. Kurt also gave us a lot of great suggestions from place to eat or visit. We had such a great time and we could not thank Kurt enough for his hospitality!

Beautiful location with all the services that you may need!

Super nice house with all the things you may need to enjoy water sport, boating, beach going and anything else in between. The house is well maintained and the pool and boat dock are great, we did some nice fishing specially at night. Marco Island is a quiet place at this time of the year (July) but you have access to all services and Dinning. Owner was extremely helpful answering all my questions and even had a ladder installed in the dock so you could board my jet sky during low tide. Recommended A+++

Great Location, Great House

The house was in a great location, very clean and very well equipped. Having the pool was an added benefit. We brought our kayak with us and were able to launch it off the dock. My husband brought his fishing gear with him and threw out a line almost every day - he landed a 6 lb. catfish on one of the days! We loved having the bikes for use - we rode them daily. The owners are very accommodating and easy to reach if necessary. We will return again next year and hope to do so for many years to come!

Great family rental.

It was a fantastic vacation rental. Plenty of room for a large group. From the start, Ellie, was very easy to communicate with. She even sent me a text the day we arrived to find out how everything was going and asked if there was anything we needed. The house is in an excellent location. It is directly across from a marina and our entire family enjoyed watching the variety of boats come and go. Our grandkids loved going in the pool after a day of boating. We all agreed that we would love to make a return trip!

GREAT home!!!

Excellent well equipped home!! We loved it so much, we only left the house for dinner out one evening. The house is on a culdesac, so no traffic. The lot is full of various fruit trees. Fishing right under the dock for mangrove snapper was great. The marina activity was fun to watch every evening from the pool. The marina was convenient for bait and boat rental. They are building a huge concrete indoor boat storage building which isn't a great view, but extremely helpful to find your way home from fishing. We have had bad experience in the past with Florida homes having bad sulfur water, but this home has GREAT water straight from the tap! The best equipped and clean home we have ever stayed in. We truely enjoyed a very needed relaxing week in your home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Awesome Location!

We weren't sure what we would think of having activity across the canal, but we LOVED it! Watching the boats come in and out, the Pelicans hanging out, fish jumping, and the pirate ship dock after every excursion was so much fun! We spent every early evening sitting by the beautiful pool, taking it all in. It was never noisy across the way, and most of the activity ended well before bed time. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and is ideally located so that my daughter and I could walk or bike to a nice shopping area and lots of restaurants (and Starbucks!) while the guys took the car to go golfing. Renting a boat, jet skis, or bikes is incredibly easy there. A church is within a short walking distance, making it to easy to attend Easter service. The house is in great shape and suits a family of up to six really comfortably. Our 6'4 son loved having his own king-size bed! If we get back to Marco again, we are definitely staying here!

Great Vacation

This house is exactly as listed, very clean with everything you need. The owners are very personable and easy to communicate with. Our group had 3 couples and most of the time we spent at the house was on the lanai. It was fun watching all the activity at the marina. Renting a pontoon made it easy to get out on the water and sight see. The dinner cruise boat was only a stone's throw away, and a fun evening. This is a great part of town - we especially enjoyed our dinner at Old Marco Pub. We are going back again next year!

Spring Break from Michigan

Highly recommended! We've been coming here on and off (mostly on) for over 20 years. Three major pluses - clean as a whistle, outstanding location, very good value $. Just a few things to be aware of: Not everyting is super up-to-date, e.g. pool furniture - It's fine and will work but if you need Marriott level all the way you may consider something else. Secondly, be aware that you are directly accross from a busy marina that is active from about sunrise until a little after sunset. Thereafter, very quiet. We personally enjoyed the activity. If one of us wanted to sleep in we just cycled them to a front room. Finally, no ESPN or premium channels. No big deal for us. We don't go on vacation to watch TV and we went out to watch NCAA Tourney games. But I know this would be pretty traumatic for some of our friends. Overall - Outstanding. Especially if you like the Old Marco area - which is where we seem to be gravitating to. Many places w/i walking distance. you could almost do this place without a car.

We have updated the patio seating, adding new chaise lounges in 2013 and new adirondack chairs in 2014. We share your enjoyment of the view, especially the activity at the marina; the marina closes at 6 pm. We updated the TV in 2014, and also upgraded the cable subscription to include HD and many sports channels. If there is a channel you'd like to have that you can't access, please let us know during your stay and we'll do our best to get Comcast to oblige you.

Great Family house

The listing is accurate, great location, loved watching the action in the harbor while relaxing around the pool. House was very clean, and has all the amenities, along with beach towels, chairs and fishing poles. We traveled down with four kids, 12-17 and everyone was happy. The owners were very accomadating and great communication. Would highly reccomend staying at this house and if we get the chance would defiantely go back. Everything on the island is close, so it is easy to get around.

A Fantastic Vacation Experience

We recently rented this property during a family vacation and had a great time. As the description indicates, the view from the patio/dock is amazing! My kids loved watching the boats enter/exit the channel including the dinner cruise ship Marco Island Princess. There are many positives to this property, but the location was at the top of our list. The private dock allowed for great fishing and easy access for the pontoon we rented from the Marina across the way. The garage was full of fishing equipment, so all we had to do was supply the bait. As for the house itself, it was very clean and recently remodeled including new furniture, large screen TV in the main living room, and fresh paint throughout. The place has 3 bathrooms with showers so it was very convenient for the family. The pool and grounds were well maintained and we really liked the privacy given the open lots on either side of the house. The privacy also made for quiet and peaceful evenings on the pool deck. We typically eat at restaurants during vacation, but the kitchen next to the pool enabled us to prepare breakfast and lunch while the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. While we've vacationed on Marco Island for many years, this was the first time we rented a house. We found the property on the VRBO website and engaged the owners by email and phone. It was a pleasure working with the owners to execute the rental agreement and plan for the vacation. The owners were very responsive, friendly and accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed.

Chris mentions that there are 3 bathrooms with showers; just FYI, one of the bathrooms offers a tub/shower combination, so little ones or adults who prefer tub baths can also be accommodated.
