Hilton Head Island is one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year round family, golf and tennis vacations.

Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of pedestrian paths. a 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.

Stoney Creek is a secluded community of villas and private homes conveniently located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its iconic lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, shops and live entertainment. The marina offers a wide choice of water activities including cruises, charter fishing and jet ski rentals.

It is only a five minute walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and the nationally recognized Sea Pines Racquet Club.

Our villa is a five minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops. If you want to explore the Plantation's 16 miles of pedestrian paths, guests have access to 2 free bikes.

Stoney Creek is a short bike ride to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you choose to drive, parking is limited during the summer months. You will be directed to a designated lot where the free Beach Shuttle can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes. If you prefer a pool, Stoney Creek's unsupervised community pool is only 100 feet from our front door.

Our villa is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate six guests. Amenities include Smart TVs, free high speed Wi-Fi internet service and 2 beach chairs.

The main floor features a living room with a vaulted ceiling and wall of glass overlooking spectacular marsh views, sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bath. The dining table seats six guests. In addition, there is seating for four at the kitchen counter The rear patio has a table that seats four and propane gas grill.

There two large bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, full bath with shower, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the marsh. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath with shower, Smart TV and a private balcony.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

An awesome stay in the perfect location

We stayed for RBC week and everything about it was fantastic. The property managers, Pat and Sonny Sage, made things easy with great communication throughout the process and they made sure we had all the necessary passes.The villa is beautiful with plenty of space for the 3 of us. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. There’s plenty of storage and the villa has everything you need to make yourself at home. The bikes were an awesome addition!! There’s even beach towels and chairs if you want to go to the beach which is only a 3 minute car ride. The location makes it very easy to get to Harbourtown and other restaurants by walking or bikes. 260 is also right next to a very nice pool. We look forward to going back for another stay.

Amazing Home

The place did not disappoint- even with Tropical Storm Debby hitting us for a few days. This was our first time in Hilton Head Island and already looking forward to going back. The apartment was perfect - with the only possible negative I can come up with is the 2nd bedroom only having 1 bed. Will be coming back.

A great villa!!

We had a great time staying here for the week as a family!! This villa is beautiful and comfortable with lots of light and great views of the marsh behind it. We loved being close to harbor town and right next to the pool which was also recently renovated. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

Perfect villa in a perfect location!

The townhome was spotless and provided a very comfortable stay. We loved the decor, view of the marsh and nature out back, proximity to the pool next door, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and most importantly, how quiet and peaceful it was. This community is also conveniently located between the Sea Pines Center and Harbor town marina, which we could bike to. We also enjoyed the Beach Club. Our Sea Pines stay was delightful. My only recommendation would be an exhaust fan in master bath and a remote for ceiling fan in master. Otherwise perfect!!

Heritage week 2024

5 stars is not a high enough rating for this villa. Once again we had a perfect Heritage week in a perfect location. It’s quiet and the marsh view from the back patio with the sun setting is amazing. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it is large, clean and plenty of chairs and loungers. Hoping to have another Heritage week there in 2025. Tom and Linda

Wonderful Villa!

This was the perfect location for our family spring break trip. It was walking distance to harbor town and a quick bike ride to other locations. We really enjoyed our stay- it was clean and spacious. Would recommend!

Five stars

We had a lovely winter getaway at Stoney Creek. The villa was very pretty, with many little touches that made it comfortable and homey. The beds were comfortable and everything seems to be new, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The two story windows with a view out to the marsh was great, and the nicely equipped patio was wonderful for relaxing outside when the weather was good.You look out over the marsh, rather than into another condo . We have stayed at various condos in Sea Pines, and this is our favorite. The manager was very helpful when needed to get the tv working for the Super Bowl! ! It would be a great condo for the summer months, as it is right next to the pool, and the pool was just being refurbished while we were there. You can walk into Harbour town, or drive or ride a bike or probably take the trolley to the beach in the summer. You won’t be disappointed with this condo. We look forward to returning again.

Wonderful island vacation

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing vacation at this lovely villa. We loved the updated, open concept feel and the location within close walking distance to Harbour Town. Also close to Sea Pines Center with several restaurants, and a 10-15 min bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed surprise evening visits from deer up to the back patio of the villa. The community pool was close by and perfect for a cool down after the beach. Communication was clear and concise prior to arrival. We would recommend this villa and would love to return ourselves.

This property is excellent and exceeded expectations. Very well equipped kitchen and very pleasant furnishings. Easy walk to Harbor Town and beach. We had only one problem and that was with the tv connection - this was attended to immediately. All communications were prompt and efficient, Would love to return for another visit.

Relaxing

This spot was ideal for our family vacation! There was a big group of us staying and we seemed to all gather to hang out at our house! You walk out the door and you come right to the pool so it was perfect for our family. Also having such a close location to Harbor Town was perfect as well!

Heritage attendees

This property is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very nicely decorated and the view of the marsh is beautiful and peaceful. The appliances were all brand new and one of the most well stocked kitchens we have seen. The location is perfect, as it’s a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the Heritage and about 10 minutes to Harbour Town. It’s worth the 5 star review. Look forward to coming back. Tom and Linda W.

In 22 years of staying various places in Sea Pines, this is by far one of the best. Stoney Creek is a great area but this residence is just perfectly refurbished with some great choices. Nice job and thanks!
