Whether you enjoy adventure, wildlife, hiking, fishing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach with a good book, there's something here for everyone.
Casa Pura Vida is located on the Pacific coast just outside of the town of Coco. It's only 25 minutes from the international airport in Liberia and the best part is it's only about a mile from two stunning, uncrowded beaches with amazing sunsets over the Pacific! 5 minutes drive to downtown Coco.
Some of the features include 960 square feet of freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath (newly remodeled) with a queen size bed in each bedroom, an open floor plan, brand new mattresses, appliances and furniture situated in a gated complex with security and it has an amazing MOUNTAIN VIEW! Well equipped kitchen, large living area, patio with view, hi speed internet, desk in main bedroom, pool.
The town of Coco has an array of restaurants and bars offering just about any type of cuisine you could want and a thriving nightlife as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and locally owned craft shops. Perfect for a vacation or a long-term stay! Also ask us about our tours. We can offer you exciting adventures with our local friend and guide.

Owning property in Costa Rica has been a dream of mine ever since I returned from there many years ago after a 2 year stay that changed my life. My partner Marilynn and I have worked very hard to make our condo feel like a home. We hope that you will love your stay and want to come back. We love hosting people and helping them plan tours, find delicious food and have a truly memorable vacation. We live in the beautiful mountains just outside of Asheville, NC. We are truly blessed to have 2 homes in 2 stunning areas of the world.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I chose to by this condo because my partner and I fell in love with Serena Suites where the condo is located. The grounds were so lush even in the drier season. It immediately captured us with its beauty and felt like home. We also chose this condo as it is close to an international airport as well as beaches and national parks, volcanoes and other wildlife. The town of Coco also has all you need for daily life which will be important in the future when I one day retire to the condo.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The gate and the security is one of the reasons we chose this complex and condo. We also love the pool and the tropical courtyard. Serena is also just far enough away from town to not be noisy but close enough to get there and enjoy all it has to offer.
