Nestled on the north west tip of 'Y' shaped Keuka Lake, Lady of the Lakes Suites is a 5 apartment lodging facility, perfect for couples or small families. Inquiries can be made to rent all five units for small weddings, family reunions or area events.
Beautifully decorated, each suite has its own theme that's sure to relax you. Each suite mimics one another in floor design. Walk directly into the entrance way of these units and you will find a bedroom on each side of the hall. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, dressers, large closets, bedside table on each side of the beds with built-in USB power strips and wall sconces.
From the hallway you will have a view of the lake through the picture glass window in the living room. The open living room/dining room/kitchen space is fresh, modern and inviting. The sofa and comfy sitting chair invite you to snuggle up and read, watch TV, or enjoy an evening cup of coffee. The dining set sits 4 and fits well within the open kitchen. Enjoy the creature comforts of cooking in a well-lit and well-appointed kitchen.
The bath has a full shower/tub with hotel-style curved shower curtain, allowing more room in the shower. There are shelves for towel storage and good overhead lighting.
Out the front door you will enjoy your own covered porch with a picnic table, charcoal grill and room for the kids to play. You have several choices for outdoor eating. Eat on your porch, eat on the picnic tables under the trees in the large front lawn or head to the beach areas and enjoy cooking on the grill lakeside or pack a picnic lunch and eat at the picnic tables near the dock.
This property has two beach areas that are shared by the five units. One lakefront area, which is to the left (North) and by a streambed, is a break wall with a grill and picnic table. With a gradual entrance into the lake, this beach welcomes shallow-water play, launching of kayaks, and other pre and post meal play. It also offers more afternoon shading with its nearby trees. The other beach to the right (South) side of the suites has a dock with boat cleats, 2 ladders for easy egress out of the water (1 ladder off the dock; 1 off the break wall), and a built in firepit. Fish off the dock, enjoy fires at the firepit, lounge in the provided lawn chairs to watch the boats go by, or use your watercrafts to float and boat away a few hours in the lake!
This is a fabulous location for couples looking to get away or for large groups traveling together. Easy access for cyclists, hikers, boaters, or family reunions! Come enjoy our Lady of the Lakes Suites on Keuka!
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
