Very well equipped home with paper products, kitchen items, laundry soap etc. Nicely furnished, quiet. We slept well. Had a few meals on the patio. The host was easy to communicate with. The row of townhouses doesn’t seem to have a house number but the unit was clearly marked on the door and our GPS (Waze app) led us right to it. Parking near the door is great. I need a walk in shower so the 3/4 bathroom was good for me. We enthusiastically recommend this spot. We use vacation rentals 3 months or more each year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in South Carolina! The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, especially being so close to USC Upstate, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. Everything we needed was provided, and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful experience at this spot. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, spacious, and mostly quiet (other than truck traffic on the main road). We had a slight issue at check-in, but it was quickly resolved, as the host responded to our messages immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Spartanburg Stay

We have stayed in this townhome 4 times. This place was a gem to find for us this year. Every time we came to visit our son in college we stayed here. Laurie is so easy to work with and the townhouse is so clean well stocked and quiet. I will recommend this place over and over again!
