his upgraded home incorporates a welcoming spacious living and dining room. The generously proportioned interior flows effortlessly from the open-plan living space to the private patio from which you can fully relax and enjoy the watching your kids playing at the playground or BBQ every single day of your stay while enjoying the nice weather.

This gorgeous home provides a modern decorated kitchen equipped with quality appliances and a laundry room located far away from the bedrooms to ensure a quiet and relaxing nap.

The floor plan encompasses 3 bedrooms with hybrid mattresses and a very comfortable sofa bed. All our spaces been carefully decorated to ensure a cozy and relaxing stay. Rooms are equipped with modern smart Tv's with high speed internet for good quality streaming of you favorite movies. Our property offers 2 bathrooms with meticulously picked items and colors to ensure the best comfort.

Lastly, another highlights of the property includes a game room with our instagramable accent wall that includes a large pool table for the whole family to enjoy.

Trip to Little Elm

Enjoyed the space, the pool table was awesome. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described on the app and I would definitely book it again when I return to see my family.

Clean and quiet

I stayed with my two children and their nanny for a work event. The place was clean and the owner/manager communicated with me a lot which was nice. I think the title was a little misleading with the jacuzzi as I was expecting a hot tub rather than a jetted tub

Christmas with family

House was in quiet neighborhood. The rooms were as described and we had plenty of space. The backyard was much smaller than it appears in pictures and was muddy and in usable. It rained the last day making it worse with flooding. There was also flooding at base of driveway. The garage door didn’t work so we did not have access to garage. Host stated that house cleaners had alre made them aware and it could not be fixed during our stay. Also freezer didn’t stay cold. I lost ice cream that turned to soup. I contacted host and they said they were aware and asked me to send pics. I felt these things should have been told ahead of time. I did not send pics because I was not spending my family time dealing with their home repairs.

Great property in need of some updates

Great location and overall experience was good. Host was responsive and made check-in easy. Property is functional, but a little worn - sheets very thin and some with holes, multiple scuff marks throughout the house, backyard gate was difficult to open and close.

UTD trip

Good location to UTD and amenities. Home had everything we needed for 5 adults and 2 dogs for a 3 night stay. the alley parking lot was only thing to be cautious of because the alley is narrow and with 2 cars parked in driveway, its hard to exit without going into mud/off the edge. my SUV tail pipe scraped the concrete when back tires fell off edge of alley, so low cars beware. No fault to unit owner and beyond their control, just how the development plans were built.

Family gathering

We booked this property for our visit with our daughter and family and enjoyed our stay gathering together and hosting the grandchildren overnight. This property was clean, beds comfortable, and very good communication with property manager. The family enjoyed the use of the ping pong table and swing set. We took turns using the jacuzzi tub. The house had plenty of dishes for our family and great seating in the dining room. Nice to have the gas grill, dishwasher and laundry machines. We were very glad that we booked this property.

Family Time

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and nicely organized. Pool/ping pong table kept the kids entertained as well as the large table for crafts as well as meals. The host responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Very pleasant extended stay

Great size and layout for a large group. Conveniently located. Manager did act quickly when I had a request for a regular coffee maker. Comfortable beds. I’m super clean so I did my own cleaning upon check in and was glad I did. Yard needed mowing and that didn’t happen during my 2.5 week stay . Overall, very pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Beautiful

This property I have to say was great. Location great, home great, our host great. Can't say how much my whole family enjoyed it. From playing pool to ping pong our stay was great. Spending holidays with the family and the dogs and being able to do so in a beautiful home was much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again.

If I can rate this host a ten, that's is what I will give him 1st of all the communication is awesome And also we check in on this past Saturday October 8th and check out this morning October the 10th and when I walked in the house it was immaculate, you can smell the cleanest ,I took photos of the place it's just like it is online,on this site, very very clean, smells really good everything was clean they had towels lots of towels they look brand new and pots looked new as well and great dishes awesome silverware, Man I just can go on and on and on about this place, the refrigerator was stainless steel And big screen T v's in every room that really works lol and the big screen T v's are huge I can go on and on the pictures do not do it Justice. I love it and I stay here in Dallas and I'm thinking about just rent it out just because I had a great time this was my 1st time doing this and it was a great experience. To be honest I hated to cook because I was afraid of I was afraid of just messing stuff up it was just so nice we did not spend time outside too much but but it was my daughter's get together and and I don't know what else ask to say beautiful beautiful beautiful.
