Cozy Condo in the Heart of Smugglers' Notch Resort

Recently renovated condo in the heart of Smugglers' Notch. The cozy condo features a full kitchen with luxury modern appliances and an open floor plan with a beautiful bay window overlooking Morse Mountain.

Additional highlights include:
* TV's with Roku so you can connect to your streaming platform
* Full kitchen & dining table, perfect for entertaining
* Free parking
* Comfortable double pull out bed in main living space for additional guests
* Walking distance to all Smuggs resort amenities

It features a lofted bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen equipped with cookware, full bathroom, and a living room with a pull out sofa bed.

Guests will be provided a door code to access the condo on the day of check-in. There is parking for two cars immediately outside of the condo.

Skiers and snowboarders are able to walk to the lifts. Free activities include the volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Passes to the water park, pools, indoor arcade, outdoor skating rink, and more are available for purchase through the resort.
-Guests are not allowed bring their own grill and use it on or near the property
-Guests not allowed start a fire on or near the property
-Any tampering or removal of fire alarms will result in a $500 fee and potential removal of the guest
-No fireworks are permitted on the property
-No Cats are allowed

You can't beat this condos location -- easy walk to the lifts and Smuggs Village. Great spot for a small family spending most of their time on the mountain.

Excellent host. Readily available. Helped us in our search finding a tow truck in the middle of the night. Place is clean. Well maintained. Close to everything fun. I would stay again.

What a fantastic gem located right in the center of Smugglers Notch Resort. Clean, perfectly sized, and comfortable. The host, Garrett, is terrific. He gives you a list of things to do in the area and is very informative. We are excited to book this unit again. Do not pass this one up!

The inside looks like the photos. Garrett (owner) comunicated well, and check in was very easy. Just a note... watch your head getting in and out of bed while on the left side.

Month in Cozy Condo

I spent a month in the Cozy Condo, It was off season at the time so quiet, which is just what I wanted -- a place to act as base for day trips with friends and family in VT, a place with access to walks in the woods and area trails with my dog, alone time to read and indulge in my creative endeavors.The condo is small and more rustic than luxurious, but it had two televisions, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, hot water, and a beautiful and relaxing setting. Everything I needed and wanted for this trip. I left feeling relaxed and renewed by time in nature.The staff working on grounds and prep for the summer season were friendly. Garrett, the owner was easily contacted and quick to respond if I needed anything. If I have occasion to travel that way again, I would not hesitate to book again.

Resort was great. The condo was adequate.

The stairway to the loft is very steep. I did not notice that this is a pet friendly rental. There was damage to the condo from past pet guests. We visited in mid May. The weather was perfect but a lot of things were not open. The resort had a lot of activities that appeared to be free when we were there. For example the clubs and balls for mini golf were inside a door where they could be picked up and used. This was definitely an added value for the trip.

Excellent location in the village. Walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, coffee, and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Condo at Smuggs

The cozy condo had everything we needed to enjoy our first trip to Smuggs. Its location is within easy walking distance of the slopes and Smuggs village, but it is still very private. We ate almost every meal at home using the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed watching our shows on the Roku TV. Garrett was very responsive to messages, and he even allowed us to add a day to our trip at the last minute. We would return in a heartbeat.

Nice place, once we found it

The space was a nice place to stay for our leaf peeping excursions through Smuggler’s Notch State Park. Our only issue wa we had a hard time finding it as the GPS wasn’t navigating to either of the addresses given very clearly. Since this is a ground level property, it may be nice to fix the blinds so that people can’t see in through the broken areas. The only other feedback would be to get the location info sooner so it can be captured when you are still in an area with good service. We struggled with getting the property check in and address info the morning of our checkin date since we were “on the road”. Thank you for offering your property as a place to stay.

Great location!

Great communication with the host. Garrett was quick replying to any of our questions. The cottage is as pictured. It’s a little dated but cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped with a keurig coffee maker ,pods , tea , cream and a variety of spices. Blinds in living room area were broken. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. If you are tall watch out for the sloped ceiling in the bedroom. Location is ideal!

Great week's stay at Cozy Cottage!

My husband, small dog and I really enjoyed our week here- Garrett was the perfect host in all ways- prompt to answer our inquiries, questions, etc from booking through checkout. Smugglers Notch Condo

Garrett was very responsive and helpful with all questions that we had. Our two children and our two golden retrievers loved our stay. We loved how it was right next to the Smugglers Notch village and it is a perfect location near all the major trails at the notch. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I were very happy with the cozy condo. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. We got good rest, enjoyed morning coffee, had fun doing a puzzle among other games available, and were cozy watching a movie at night. The owner was very responsive to some questions. I am an avid snowboarder and love to live close to Smugglers Notch mountain all year round to keep me close to snowboarding in the winter and rafting/ hiking in the summer. Customer service is an avid passion of mine to help enable the best guest experience possible when visiting Smugglers Notch. This is my favorite area in Vermont and I enjoy sharing this experience with guests!
