Welcome to the family-friendly Villa Dandelion, a beautiful, luxurious and fully equipped oasis in Cape Coral. This villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

With direct access to the canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico, you can explore the waters here with a rented boat and easily dock it at our electric boat lift. The villa features a lit and heated private pool as well as a hot tub, available to you at all times. Here, you can relax under the Florida sun, while children can enjoy hours of water fun with pool toys, various games, and a Playstation 4 in the spacious living room. Complimentary high-speed internet is also available.

Villa Dandelion has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms each with a comfortable king size bed and each with a smart TV for your entertainment, the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed upstairs and downstairs with a queen size that can also be used by adults. There is also a travel cot for toddlers/babies available free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures and a spacious dining area is provided for the whole family.

The lanai with a panoramic window offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the canal on the west side, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets while being protected from the sun and insects. This is the perfect spot to have a cozy breakfast, unwind with a glass of wine in the evening, or host a lavish BBQ on the terrace with the gas grill.

Villa Dandelion is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood that will immediately feel like your second home. Within just 5 minutes, you can reach the center of Cape Coral, where you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit every taste.

For the active guests, we provide 3 bicycles and 2 kayaks for exploring the surroundings. You can relax on the beach with beach equipment, including chairs, a sun umbrella, a cooler, and fishing gear. Fitness mats are also available for your physical activities in the villa. Free parking is provided. You have the option of ordering additional housekeeping or room cleaning for yourself. We will be happy to organize this for you.

Villa Dandelion is the perfect place for your next Florida vacation, where you can experience luxury, relaxation, and adventure all in one. Please note that our accommodation is a non-smoking house.

Family of 8 had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Posting was as posted. Host answered all questions quickly and kindly. Wry highly recommended quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were just what we hoped for. Host accommodates temps for us.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Villa Dandelion! It was a beautiful house and would stay here again! Our only suggestions would be to install a fan in the room with the bunk beds and hang a tv outside on the back porch. Other than that, it was wonderful! We loved the pool, kayaks, and fishing! So much fun!

Nice house and location

This house was everything that we expected, we did have an issue with a bathroom light but the property manager sent someone over to look at it right away but it unfortunately couldn’t be fixed without ordering a new one that didn’t arrive while we were there. Great pool area that my family enjoyed very much! House was located centrally with a grocery store just a few minutes down the road with easy access. Check in and out process was super easy as well. My family would stay here again!

60th Birthday Celebration

Our stay was great, we took full advantage of the property. The pool was utilized every day of our stay. We did not rent a boat so not sure about that process. We enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the water canal. The neighborhood was quiet. Went to nearby beaches in Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island - highly recommend. We used the beach equipment in the garage as well. Recommend Manatee Park for an affordable family friendly activity too. If you like seafood, we recommend Fins in Cape Coral and The Timbers on Sanibel Island. The weather was perfect which coming from Iowa was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Almost Perfect

The house photos/description matched the home; very relaxing. Location very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Loved the ground owls in the area, a pair right across the street. The house was well stocked with kitchen tools/pots/pans/etc. The bath/hand/beach towels have seen better days; would recommend that many be replaced. The appliances were all very nice. The spa/hot tub was a bit disappointing. It was very dirty and the water smelled. The manager thought it was due to the cover, which was eventually removed, and the water was replaced. We look for a place with a hot tub, we were only able to use it for a few times. The pool was nice; clean and used most days. We did not use the bikes or kayaks, but all looked very nice.

Nice place, poor communication

Overall a nice place with a comfortable feel. Owners tried to send property managers number on several occasions but Vrbo kept crossing it out. Never did have a contact. Greeting folder was missing so no info given about the place, house rules, garbage pick up, etc. Ice maker on fridge not working and was an inconvenience. Pool was warmer than the hot tub when we arrived but was an easy fix. Thankful for the high chair provided but my wife spent 20 minutes cleaning it. As I said, nice but could have been wonderful with a few tweets.

The property management staff visited you twice, but unfortunately you were not there. You had asked us to have the pool heated. We are very sorry if the water was too warm. Unfortunately we did not have the temperature you requested. The welcome folder in the form of the Villa Dandelion folder is located at the entrance to the house (in the house) on the shelf on the right or directly on the living room table. We have already sent you the information contained therein on the house rules, information on restaurants and activities in the area as a PDF file via VRBO on 03.04.2024 before your arrival on 10.04.2024. We have already discussed the improper cleaning of the high chair with our cleaning team. We are very sorry for your dissatisfaction. Wundervoller Aufenthalt in der Villa Dandelion

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Dandelion in Cape Coral war einfach fantastisch! Mit vier Erwachsenen und unseren 15 Monate alten Drillingen war das Haus ideal: modern, sauber, gemütlich und unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett, ein Reisebett, Hochstühle und Kindersitze – alles, was wir brauchten. Der Poolbereich mit Whirlpool und die Lage direkt am Wasser waren traumhaft. Die bereitgestellten Kajaks und die ruhige, dennoch zentrale Umgebung haben unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Auch die großzügige Garage für mindestens zwei Autos war ein großer Vorteil. Die Besitzerfamilie Krauß und die Hausverwalterin Frau Behrend waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit – die Organisation war top, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Dieses Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern in jedem Alter. Das Haus war nahezu perfekt für uns. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren total durchdacht und sehr komfortabel. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :-)

Modern, child-friendly villa with heated pool, directly on the WaThe family-friendly Villa Dandelion was built in 2018 and was previously occupied by a small family who sold the house to us in 2020. Since then, we have completely renovated and refurnished it, giving it a modern European ambiance. We have only been offering the villa for rent since the summer of 2021.

For our family, this villa has become an ideal vacation paradise in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Equipped with a variety of amenities for relaxation, vacation activities and recreation, we now offer these amenities to our valued guests. Our goal is to provide you with the same enjoyment and comfort that we have come to appreciate.
The very quiet neighborhood is home to mostly local residents. This allows our guests to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere.
