This mountain retreat has great amenities, including a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool just steps from the unit, as well as a clubhouse with a full kitchen and ping pong table (only serving the Snow Creek community).
The unit is 2 bedrooms and a loft (4 beds total) and comfortably sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom has a full king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub and a full size closet. The Junior Bedroom has a full size bed with a bathroom adjacent to it. The Loft has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully-stocked and the adjacent dining room table seats 8. Warm, adjustable lighting creates a beautiful ambiance for cooking and meals together. The living room offers a gas fireplace and views of Griffin Butte and Boulder Peak.
Deck access off living room has a table and four chairs for outdoor relaxing while taking in the incredible views, including the White Clouds ridgeline.
By booking this reservation, the Guests agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions âbelow:

This agreement is entered into between the owners (âOwnersâ) of the real property being rented ââ(the âPropertyâ) and the reserving party(ies), including any family, friends, guests and invitees ââ(collectively the âGuestsâ).â
â1. GUESTS AUTHORIZED USE AND OBLIGATIONS. Guests agree to, and to cause each of âthe other Guests to, abide by the terms and conditions hereunder. Guests will use the Property âonly as a personal vacation residence. Guests will use the Property for lawful purposes only and âwill comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Guests will maintain the Property âin a good and clean condition and will use the Property in a careful and lawful manner. â
Guests will leave the Property in the same condition as received by Guests upon Guestsâ arrival. âGuests are responsible for securing the Property, including windows and doors. Guests will be âresponsible for any losses incurred due to Guestsâ failure to properly secure the Property.â
â2. GUESTS INSPECTION. Guests will, on arrival, examine the Property and will immediately âreport to Owners any damage discovered or any equipment not in operating condition.
â3. DAMAGE. Guests are responsible for any and all damage to the Property during Guestsâ stay âcaused by any Guests during the specified rental period. Should any damages or alterations be âdiscovered upon inspection after the Guestsâ departure, Guests agrees to pay for all costs of ârepairs.
â4. NON-SMOKING AND PETS. The Property is NON-SMOKING. No smoking is permitted âon, at, or in any part of the Property. PETS are not permitted under any circumstances on or in âthe Property, and evidence of a pet will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental, âexpulsion of all Guests and forfeiture of rental fees.â
â5. OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT. Guests will use and/or operate safely all furniture, âfurnishings, appliances and mechanical, gas, electric, and plumbing fixtures and equipment ââ(collectively the âEquipmentâ) located on the Property, and will use each only for its intended âuse and purpose. If Guests does not know how to properly use and/or operate any Equipment, âGuests will contact Owners for instructions. Any damage caused to Equipment through Guests âmisuse will be the Guestsâ responsibility.
â6. NOISE AND DISTURBANCES. Guests will behave in a civilized manner and will be a âgood neighbor, respecting the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guests will not âdisturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. If âexcessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, all âGuests may be asked to vacate the Property and will forfeit the reservation and all rental fees.
â7. INDEMNIFICATION. Owners shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the âGuests or to the Guestsâ personal property located upon the Property, including (without âlimitation) all furniture, fixtures and equipment, except in the event of Ownersâ gross ânegligence or willful misconduct, and Guests hereby agree to indemnify, defend, protect, save âand hold the Property and Owners harmless from and against any and all claims or assertions of âevery kind and nature arising as a result of the use of the Property by Guests. The foregoing âindemnity shall perpetually survive the expiration of the term of the rental agreement unless âotherwise agreed to in writing by Owners.â
â8. LIMITATION OF OWNERSâ LIABILITY. In no event shall Owners be liable to Guests for âany special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits (collectively, âââConsequential Damagesâ) suffered by Guests or those claiming by, through or under Guests. âGuests shall look solely to Ownersâ interest in the Property for recovery of any judgment from âOwners whether from a breach hereof or from a right or claim created by statute or at common âlaw. Guests agrees that no other property or assets of Owners shall be subject to levy, execution âor other enforcement procedures for satisfaction of any judgment or decree suffered by Guests âor those claiming by, through or under Guests. To the maximum extent permitted by law, âGuests agrees to occupy the Property at Guests own risk. â
â9. SEVERABILITY. If any provision hereunder or the application thereof shall, for any reason âand to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, neither the remainder of, nor the application of, âthe provisions to other persons, entities or circumstances shall be affected thereby, but instead âshall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
â10. ATTORNEY FEES. If litigation or arbitration is instituted to enforce or determine the âpartiesâ rights or duties arising out of the terms hereof, the prevailing party will recover from âthe losing party reasonable attorney fees incurred in such proceedings to the extent permitted by âthe judge or arbitrator.â
If there is more than one Guest, all such Guests will be jointly and severally liable for the âperformance of each and every obligation arising out of or hereunder, and for the acts and âomissions of each Guest.â
