There is plenty of space to spread out so you can settle down in comfort and convenience. Its tastefully decorated with all brand-new furniture and lovely artwork, decor and gorgeous plants to make you feel at home. It is perfect for couples, students and families. Walk to everything! Less than a mile to Durham Bulls Park, American Tobacco, restaurants and 2 miles to Duke. Enjoy cooking in a sun-drenched kitchen with large island or barbecue outside on the grill and enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in our private fenced yard.

Safety:
First aid kit and fire extinguisher are in the coat closet.

Entry: You will have exclusive access to the entire home, back yard, deck & driveway. It is safe to park cars on the road as well. You can self-check-in at anytime with a smart lock. You will have your own passcode for front door access. Keyless entry codes are time-activated and programmed to start at 4:00 PM. Your code will not unlock the door before 4:00 PM.

Kitchen:
All stainless steel appliances: electric glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Steel double sink. Fully equipped with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, cookware, knives, cutting boards, bakeware, baking sheet, muffin pan, mixing bowls, cooking tools, pressure cookers, etc. Kids plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. Lots of small appliances such as toaster, blender, hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, and 5 cup coffee maker and hot water kettle.
The coffee/tea bar is fully stocked with premium ground coffee, Starbucks k-cups, variety of teas, sugar and half-and-half cups. Kid friendly chocolate syrup and Swissmiss hot chocolate is also provided.
An entire spice rack of a variety of spices, fresh pepper grinder, a few different hot sauces, some dry goods/canned goods such as pasta, rice, beans, ramen and pasta sauce, some breakfast essentials such as oats, cereals, pancake mix, and cooking oils and some snacks.
Parchment paper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap are also stocked.

Dining Room:
Great area to work, savor your morning cup of tea or coffee, or to connect over delicious meals.

Living Room:
The house features a large, bright living room with all-new furniture including two large sofas to relax. The 55” HD Fire TV comes with Amazon Prime and Netflix so you can watch your favorite shows.

Internet and WIFI:
Business class high-speed internet will allow your entire group to endlessly surf and stream the internet without issue.

Powder Room:
Located off the kitchen, having an extra 1/2 bath helps when there are many people sharing a house.

Master Bedroom:
Conveniently located downstairs with a lovely large window to let the outdoors in. Beautiful new king size bed with brand new luxurious 14” memory foam mattress. Dual nightstands with usb ports and matching night lamps. Lovely dresser with lots of storage. Pamper yourself with some lovely scented candle and delicious chocolates while watching your favorite shows on the 43” HD TV. Luxurious 680 thread count sheets, super soft quilt and cozy king size blanket for colder nights. A gorgeous long mirror to view yourself fully. The master bathroom is right off the master bedroom. Large walk in closet with shelves and hanging space (with hangers) is off the master bathroom. It also has a pack n play.

Master Bathroom:
Large walk-in shower, dual sinks with beautiful storage vanities. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Linen closet has towels, hand towels and washcloths, hair dryer, massager, emergency sewing supplies, emergency feminine supplies and extra toilet paper.

Blue Guest Bedroom:
Beautiful new king size bed with brand new luxurious 14” memory foam mattress. Luxurious 680 thread count sheets, super soft quilt and cozy king size blanket for colder nights. Dual nightstands with usb ports and matching night lamps. A comfortable accent chair near the large window with strong natural light and a great view. Lots of space and hangers to hang your clothes in the closet and space to store your luggage.

Cream Guest Bedroom:

Green Guest Bedroom:
Beautiful new king size bed with brand new luxurious 14” memory foam mattress. Dual nightstands with usb ports and matching night lamps. Lots of space and hangers to hang your clothes in the closet and space to store your luggage. Has a gorgeous snake plant to match the green furnishings and to freshen the air. Two lovely windows make this bedroom a bright place to relax.

Guest Bathroom:
Shower and bathtub, with dual sinks so more people can get ready fast. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Linen closet has towels, hand towels and washcloths, hair dryer, and extra toilet paper.

Loft Living Room:
A perfect space for hanging out or working. A lovely built in seating area serves as perfect reading or gaming nook. There is a desk that serves as dedicated workspace. This area is perfect for extra sleeping arrangements and can accommodate two air mattresses. Air mattresses are available by request only. In order to make sure an air mattress can be provided, with extra sheets and pillows, you must notify us when you make your booking that you would like to have an air mattress for your stay. Failure to do so within 24 hours before the start of your booking can lead to delays in getting your air mattress for your first night.

Laundry Room:
Brand new state of the art Samsung Washer and Dryer. Hypoallergenic All clear detergent, iron with steam setting and ironing board are provided. The laundry room also has extra towels, hand towels, washcloths, blankets, sheets, and pillows.

Deck and Backyard:
Relax on the deck while using the gas grill to barbecue your favorite food. The gas tank is always kept ready for use. All grilling tools and cleaning brush are provided. Enjoy the newly landscaped fully private fenced yard.

Other Things To Note

Air mattress:
Two queen air mattresses are available by request only. In order to make sure an air mattress can be provided, with extra sheets and pillows, you must notify us when you make your booking that you would like to have an air mattress for your stay. Failure to do so within 24 hours before the start of your booking can lead to delays in getting your air mattress for your first night.

Child Gear:
Pack n play, crib, gate and high chair are always available.

Late check out:
Late check out not permitted unless approval otherwise given. Late check out is available on a case by case basis, for a fee. Please contact us if interested.

Unauthorized late checkout:
Stays beyond your check out time due to delays of any type are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes in excess of your check out time.

Being late is disrespectful of our cleaning and turnover teams time and work schedule, and can significantly throw off their day, affecting their time with their family, and to other obligations.

We reserve the right, if you refuse to leave our property in a timely manner, to call on the local authorities for assistance as you would be considered trespassing

Early checkin:
Early checking not permitted unless approval given. It is available on a case by case basis for a fee. Contact us if interested.

Smoking:
No smoking allowed in the home or on the premises at all. To include cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and vaping devices. Violations will be subject to a $1,000 fee.

House parties:
No house parties permitted. Video doorbell and other exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages from professional cleaners, contractors, and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated, with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine.

Guests:
Guests to come and visit you during your stay are permitted in a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Unapproved guests are subject to a $100 per person fine, per occurrence.

Animals:
Animals are not allowed unless given explicit permission. Animals brought into the premises are subject to a fine of $500. Any damages incurred from the animal, the owner is responsible for all damages for repairs, replacements, and cleaning required to fix any problems; up to $10,000.
