Housepitality - Ranch House with 3 Bedrooms

Summary:

Delightful ranch home with recent improvements, located in quaint area. Enjoy being a short drive to downtown Columbus, yet tucked away in a quiet pocket of the city. Our home has a driveway to park in, and a good back yard as well. There are 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom, along with living room/dinning room. Our kitchen is well stocked, and includes a 2nd small table as well. Enjoy a relaxing time on the front porch or on the Lovely sunroom that leads to the back yard from the kitchen. No steps needed at our house. Great for anyone with mobility issues. Great AC!!

Enjoy exclusive full access to the entire house and property.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
