Ocean front condo

Beautiful condo with excellent views of Carolina beach and ocean front access. Condo had everything needed for a weekend getaway to enjoy. Wonderful host who communicated well and the place was very clean and stocked with supplies. Highly recommend to stay if you are traveling to Carolina beach!

My daughter and I travelled the east coast looking at schools. Ended our trip at UNCW and Carolina Beach. We had the best week. Great place and location! I would definitely go back!

Very impressed with the ease and beauty of this condo! Just as described/pictured; very easy check in/out, great communication with host, right on the beach, beautiful decorating and very clean, loved all of the comforts of home and beach supplies (chairs. Toys boogey boards.

Beach Getaway

What a wonderful spot! It was everything as advertised--being on the beach was what I needed most and this place was perfect! The host was great with communication--always responded in just a few minutes--and answered all of my questions. The place was immaculate and check-in was quick and easy. I would love to stay there again!

The apartment itself is very nice but the building is quite old. The kitchen area and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, although I do think this is more on the building management than the owner. We had everything we needed. And the view is spectacular.

Wonderful Stay!!!!

Can’t say enough about the actual Host and Staff! We had a wedding to attend. My mother has health issues and is on oxygen 24/7. From the very start of reservations the Host was very responsive and informative. She worked with the staff and front office as well with home health agency to make this possible!! Condo was well represented! Clean and an absolutely amazing view!! No need to bring ANYTHING! Fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and even a color to enjoy the beach!

Awesome place / would stay again!

This is a very beautiful condo, very pristine. Very clean and everything you would need is provided. The views are incredible and the pools were nice and clean. All the furniture, chairs in the condo and around the pool all looked brand new. Great communication with the owner and would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient!

We loved this property. It was steps to the beach and had a gorgeous view. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was also great for when the weather wasn’t. If you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring a baking sheet and larger frying pan. Thanks for an easy and pleasant stay!

Nicely renovated and fantastic view

We were very happy with this condo. Very tastefully decorated and recently renovated. Can’t beat the ocean views from the living area and balcony! We will definitely consider returning here.

This was the easiest beach vacation I have had in years. The place is well equipped beach front and you do not have to worry about where to park. Will return again.

Fantastic View

Our stay was wonderful! The view was fantastic and the condo was very clean and well furnished. We loved the balcony, however three of the times we were sitting out there relaxing and enjoying the view were disrupted by the smell of someone smoking on the balcony of another unit, which was not the fault of the owner. This was mainly an issue with me because cigarette smoke causes me to start coughing and my nasal passages swell making breathing more difficult. It did say that there was to be no smoking in the units or on the balcony, so this is not the owners fault that some people are unable to follow the rules of the building. My only recommendation would be to add some blackout curtains in the bedroom because the light outside the bedroom window made the room way too bright when we were trying to sleep.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and accommodating.

This was one of the best rentals I have stayed at. (we probably stay at 10-15 rentals a year) It was pristine, well stocked and decorated, and super cozy! We really enjoyed laying on the pull out sofa while listening to the waves with the doors open and enjoying coffee on the balcony. Every night we walked the beach and enjoyed the ambiance. The 2nd night we brought blankets and beers and layed under the stars. We saw a bunch of shooting stars. It was magnificent. The host (Sunni) is amazing!!! I can not speak higher of her! I had a couple requests that I knew were a lot to ask and she rose to the occasion without hesitation. If i could give this rental a 7/5 I would gladly do so! We will be back.
