Step into a slice of heaven with this fully renovated property that's perfect for family reunions or other gatherings with fun for all ages! Multiple areas to relax inside and out, while being just a few steps from the shore of picturesque Lake Pepin and a short drive to the beach.

This 3,600 SF property shines with high-end finishes across the spectrum. Relax in the giant great room with a 70" smart TV, play video games on a huge sectional in the basement, kick back outside under the pergola or retreat to the master bedroom for some R&R — there's options for everyone with plenty of space to do your own thing.

The main floor has three bedrooms with two king beds and a queen. The basement features three more queen beds. An inflatable queen mattress is available upon request to sleep up to 17 people! The home includes three full bathrooms, plus a half bath off the main living area, with an oversized water heater to minimize issues for large groups.

The fully stocked kitchen features stone countertops and stainless steel appliances — including a gas range! — plus everything you'd expect in your own home. A Keurig and drip coffee pot are provided to get you going in the morning!

The crown jewel might just be the back yard. Located just outside the heated/cooled 4-season porch is a beautifully landscaped area that includes two seating areas with a fire table and two grills — gas and charcoal. There's plenty of green space for activities, but a tall privacy fence allows for casual conversation to run late into the evening. The front patio also includes privacy fencing and multiple seating options.

While Lake City is filled with outdoor activities during the summer, this property was built to shine in any season!

Went to the area for a family wedding. Place was fantastic! Very clean, extremely well stocked, great communications with Brett. Good breakfast, lunch, and dinner close by, enabled by menus at the house.Entire family from the grandparents to the kids enjoyed the place. This house was perfect in every way for our family reunion. There was so much space with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. It was spotless with endless amenities. There were beautiful seating areas for sunsets, sunrises and just relaxing. Proximity to the marina, beaches, parks and coffee shops were a luxury. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will return.

There were 6 of us that stayed for 2 nights to do some AI training. This house was perfect! Check in was seamless, we had plenty of space and so many wonderful amenities. We got a ton accomplished and we were so comfortable it was great. Clean, updated, spacious and didn't miss a detail. Thanks so much for being so fantastic - we will be back!

Highly recommend! It exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully remodeled with attention to the details that ensure a comfortable environment for a wonderful vacation experience. Nice open floor plan with tastefully decorated common spaces, an very well stocked kitchen designed for cooking and entertaining! Really nice outdoor entertaining space as well. It was a short walk to the marina for a sail on beautiful lake Pepin and watch the sun go down.

Perfect for a family gathering!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Brett was extremely helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The house itself had modern finishes and was large enough to accommodate our family comfortably. The quality of the beds, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. was top-notch. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Location & Thoughtful Touches!

We had a great time at the Garden St. Retreat! It was the perfect location to explore Red Wing, Wabasha and the Wisco side of the river. The house is darling, very clean, modern and so well appointed. It's so welcoming and there is plenty of space! We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!
