Things to note:
1. This listing is ideal for 6 guests with 3 beds. There is one air mattresses that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
2. There is a 10pm noise curfew that’s enforced.
3. The backyard is shared with guests from the apartment below.
4. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed onto the property.
5. Events require pre-approval and start with a minimum additional cost of $500.
6. There are approximately 24 steps to enter the apartment.
7. The property comes with access to public street parking, which is usually available on the same street or close to the property.
