Want a quick beach getaway with private parking and tons of restaurants next door? We have you covered!! This open concept studio condo with oversized deck space is sure to check all your boxes for a week or weekend getaway.

Inside this flamingo themed condo is a king bed, full sized pullout couch bed (linens included for both!), Amazon smart TV, hotel sized fridge, and a full bathroom. Outside features a large deck with ample seating; great for meals and happy hours! What else could you need for your beach vacation?

In addition to linens, toilet paper and paper towels being provided, a covered parking spot is also included with your rental.

The Flamingo Flat is steps away from mini golf, tons of restaurants, a CVS. It’s a short six minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town of Bethany.

Our stay was great! Easy and straightforward check in, clean property and the perfect size for two adults and our 1.5 year old. We loved how close it was to the beach and the a/c worked great during a heat wave. Thank you to the hosts!

Place was very nice, exactly as listed and clean upon arrival. Host communicated with me very quickly with any questions I had before arrival. Also very close to beach access, a short walk to the first access point and a little bit longer to the boardwalk. Loved that we didn’t have to drive to get anywhere. Had our own little balcony too which was nice. Would stay again for sure! :)

Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed walking over to the Boathouse for steamed shrimp and crushes. And going over for a round of mini golf. The one thing that would have been helpful would have been a little bigger table. We used the little one to play some cards on, it was doable but a little tight. Overall a great stay, thank you!!

Great Location

For a quick few days with my wife and son, this was a great location. Walk across the parking lot to mini golf. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Great little space if you're just looking for somewhere to stay. No view of much around you but it was a good location to the beach as well as restaurants in the surrounding area.

Lovely VRBO stay!

Very quaint, lovely VRBO unit. Tastefully decorated, very clean, bed was very comfy!! Great location, communication from the owner was excellent. There’s a mini golf and restaurants in the same parking lot, very close - the beach is a few blocks away as you have to walk around Sea Colony but very easy walk and also an easy .5 mile walk into downtown Bethany. We loved it and would stay again!

Solid Beach Rental for Couples

Listing was accurate. There were a few pieces of trash on the porch when we checked in but otherwise mostly clean. Would have liked to use the stovetop but it was unfortunately off limits. We did not bring a cooler because the owners noted that there was already one in the unit but it was not water tight and didn’t have straps which made it hard to carry to the beach. Directions to the unit/parking space could have been more clear. Overall solid location and great value

The location was great. We had a short walk to the beach and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Boardwalk. There was 2 restaurants, a mini golf and an ice cream place right in the same parking lot. The property had a nice king bed and a pull out couch. There was a small kitchen with a small fridge(did not have a freezer). We did not cook anything. There was plenty of seating on the outside patio. The bathroom was adequate. There was enough parking for 2 vehicles. Chris returned our calls in a very timely manor. We would stay there again

Clean and cozy

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. There is ample parking nearby, and the property was very clean. The listing photos are highly accurate, so what you see is definitely what you get! The location is great—within easy walking distance of the beach as well as several restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this stay and will return again if I end up back in Bethany Beach!

Wonderful location in Bethany Beach

My husband & I enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is centrally located & was as described in the listing. I would only add that it's a one-story walk-up - which, in some cases, can make a difference as to how people pack -- smaller bags, etc.

Comfortable and perfect parking

When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach.

Cozy simplicity

I recommend this unit for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to lay their head after a day of enjoying the beach. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bedding, and a very large balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Everything was clean and homey. The covered parking is convenient and kept the car shaded. I think the only thing my mom (70+) and I (40+) missed was a place to either unpack clothes or racks for suitcases, but the closet was spacious, so pack accordingly. Thank you for a pleasant stay, I’d definitely book again.

Charming studio

This property is cute with a massive balcony. One note, you do have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the unit. The stairs are very well lit at night. Friendly tip, to rinse off sand from the beach, follow the painted footsteps at the front of the hotel next door to the foot washing station outside the pool.

Comfortable and near beach

The unit was very clean and quiet and it had a comfortable bed (didn’t use pull out couch so can't rate it). It is walkable to beach and has covered parking which is a big plus if you plan to spend a lot of time there. I would say it's fine for 2 adults or 2 adults and one or two small kids. Kitchen facilities very limited. Microwave and small fridge. Some nice dishes, but one mug and just a few spoons and forks. If you plan to make any meals, bring some of your own items. There are some good restaurants nearby which helps!

An affordable August beach vacay

Location was good - public beach access was easily reached on Cedarwood Ln. Provided beach chairs were a nice touch. Maintenance was needed. The sheers and curtains on the sliding glass door were not secured and the screen was not attached to the frame, the 2-burner cooktop was labeled as do-not-use, there was a small amount of mold on the shower door handles and frame, front window blind did not go down to the sill, and sheets and pillow cases were yellowed. A fold away or small table with proper chairs would have been helpful, and the small fridge had no ability to make or store ice, although there was a cooler provided that we could use if we wanted to store puchased ice.

- Photos in listing make this 1-room unit look much bigger than it is. - Rear balcony view is the backs of other units next door. Front balcony has view of small pond and parking lots of nearby businesses. (No chairs there as this is the walkway to/from other units.) - TV did not work first day. Had to contact manager who asked us if it was plugged into the wall, which was totally obvious. The electrical cord clearly hangs down from the TV and is plugged into a wall outlet. The power light was lit. Batteries in remote were dead. - Burners on stove were covered and marked “Do Not Use.” Stove shown in photos. Fry pan in storage area. - Fridge does not make ice. Strong onion-like smell inside. Needs a good cleaning. - No chairs in room. To watch TV we had to be on the bed or sit on super soft cushions that sank to the floor. (We brought in iron chairs from balcony.) - No table or trays to eat anything on or to hold laptops or tablets. (Roll around tray table not suitable for either.) - Couch is super low to floor — very difficult for a normal adult to get out of. - Floor mounted AC blows directly on couch. Vanes are fixed. Cold air blows on anyone sitting on couch. - Bathroom soap dispenser was empty. - No face cloths provided. - Bathroom sink does not hold water. - Bathtub needs good cleaning or should be replaced. Floor is dangerously slippery. Non-slip mat should be provided. Drain is slow. - No chest of drawers for clothes. - Flies; no swatter.
