Open-concept living condo in restored home in a prime, walkable area in Ventnor's historic district! Condo is upstairs unit in a duplex and features gourmet kitchen, heaters in bathrooms, deep soaking tub, two workspaces and more. Walk just over a block to: Beach, Boardwalk, Ice Cream, Bike Shop, Wawa, Sub Shop, Ventnor Square Movie Theatre/Restaurant. Walk just over two blocks to: Many restaurants, Smoothie Cafe, Yoga Studio, Park with Playground, Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball Courts.
The space:
Condo is spacious and designed for your enjoyment! Huge common area with sunroom/living room offers remote glimpses of the ocean (seasonally) and bay and is open to the dining area and kitchen. Living room features a big screen 4K TV with premium channels (HBO, netflix, etc.) and is adjoined to the open-concept dining area and gourmet kitchen. The two larger bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with cable and Netflix. Master bedroom has access to rear deck with BBQ grille with gas line for your convenience and a table with seating for six. Master bathroom with marble tile features an extra-large soaking tub and rain shower. Main bathroom has a beautiful glass marble shower with stone floor. There are two workspaces: one in the open-concept living area and one in the middle bedroom.
There is a foyer in the duplex that is shared by guests in both condos. There is a shed at the end of the driveway that is shared by guests in both condos and is where you will find the beach chairs, beach cart and umbrella that we provide for each condo. This space can also be used to store your own beach gear, if desired, as well as bikes. Property features portable Coleman Roadtrip Grille (shared between both condos).
Parking/Getting Around:
There is a driveway for two vehicles on the property that may be available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact host for availability and pricing. Street parking is free and, in our experience, has been generally easy to find. Watch out for the street cleaning signs, though!
Local public transportation options include the Atlantic City Jitney, NJ Transit Train (into Atlantic City) and Buses (into Ventnor), Uber and Lyft. Atlantic City International Airport is 13 miles away and Philadelphia International Airport is 65 miles away.
Additional Details:
If you are traveling with young children, we suggest that you first check availability at our other listing for Surrey by the Sea, the alternate condo in this duplex, which is more accommodating to/equipped for our youngest guests!
Bed linens, towels, beach tags, beach cart, beach towels and six beach chairs will be provided.
We will ask for your e-mail address prior to arrival to send you our house manual. Code for entry will be provided within 24 hours of your stay.
Outdoor shower is located on bay side of the property and is shared by guests in both condos.
There is a shed at the end of the driveway that is shared between both condos. We ask that all of our guests lock the shed at all times.
You are free to use the shed for bike storage. Bike theft is very common in Ventnor and bikes should always be locked up, even in daylight hours. AAAA Bike Shop in Ventnor recommends using U-Locks to lock up bikes in public. We cannot be held liable for bike theft during your stay.
We ask that if you store your personal beach gear in the shed that you leave it on the left side of the shed so that it does not get confused with the shared chairs, carts and umbrellas on the right side. We also ask that guests in both units, of course, respect the property of others stored here.
Quiet hours are observed from 10PM to 8AM for the courtesy of the other guests and neighbors. If you are a group that tends to be noisy (especially after 10PM), this is not be the property for you.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
No smoking or recreational drugs on premises.
No pets.
No parties, no events, no additional overnight guests. Please save yourself the hassle and do not book if this is your intention as this type of conduct will not be tolerated!
