Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo near the top of Sugar Mountain. Recently renovated! Just minutes from golf, tennis, skiing and all other amenities that Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk has to offer. Unit features a king size bed in master bedroom and two twins in 2nd bedroom. Cozy up to the Electric log fireplace in the winter while enjoying the magnificent views, watching the large screen TV or enjoying a nice book. Long range mountain views of Beech Mountain and Hanging Rock to the north. Unit has WI-FI and AC. Deck offers Bistro table and chairs. Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay! It was clean and well kept. Great view! It was close to the sugar mountain ski resort. Customer service was EXCELLENT! We were sent the wrong address in the check in text and could not find the place. I called them after hours and got great directions to where we needed to be. I cannot stress enough how helpful they were after driving around for 30 minutes at 11:00 at night on an unfamiliar mountain. After that, we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.

Great condo for quick trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Condo was perfect for us and our two kids, very clean and well furnished. The only issue we had was that it was somewhat difficult to find, the address we were given took us to an empty lot down the road from the property entrance but we eventually figured it out. We had issues with VRBO but the property management was excellent in getting us taken care of. Highly recommend.

The apartment fits well with the mountains theme. Beds were good! Heating was working well (it was a little loud although! Maybe the only negative) bathrooms were great! Had hot water fast! It was clean! We would definitely go back again!

Spotless property with the best view of the mountains and valleys.

The condo is nicely decorated and in spotless condition. The owner(s) and property manager did a great job is making this place look good and feel like a home. I would definitely stay there again or rent a different place from these property managers. They do care about the people and properties.

This is the perfect condo if you are looking to get away from everything. Nicely renovated and very comfortable. Feels like someone’s home, not a sterile short term rental. The view is absolutely amazing and the deck is a great size. Only suggestions are to provide a hairdryer and coffee for the first morning. We brought both since they weren’t listed in amenities list. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Get away from the heat trip

We have only two issues. One issue was the weather (it rained every day we were there). The second issue was no mop, broom, or vacuum in the condo. How was I supposed to clean up the coffee and key lime pie I spilled on the floor? We would definitely choose this Condo again.

Fantastic View

Awesome view, property was spotless and recently remodeled, check in was easy (keyless) and the property managers were friendly and professional. The only drawback was lack of access to the ski slopes.

Loved the view
