Just off of Highway 46 is a private drive shared only by the Owners of the property who may or may not be home. You will pass their home in this shared drive but then your vacation home awaits you on farther back on the property. Ever wondered what it would be like to stay in the new "barn style" homes. Now is your chance.

This pole barn has been totally redone and now half of it has been totally remodeled into this 2 BR 1BA get away.

All on main level, you enter into the foyer and you will immediately notice all the unique features of this home starting with a stained glass pass though window inside. Once entered, there is a full bath (large shower only with one step to get in) and then a very quaint and unique living room. The pictures will say it all.

In the living room is an electric fireplace, 43" smart TV with a You-tube subscription (You can use your own programming) and a very unusual wall hanging ( I will let you look at photos or see when you arrive). Just off the living room is a bunk room with bunk beds (single/single).
also off the living room is a fully equipped full kitchen. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a queen bed and a 36" Roku Television.

Just off of the kitchen is an all season room where you can look at the back at all that nature has to provide. Most likely will see some deer, turkey or rabbits. Heating and cooling is provided in this room of windows.

If you are adventurous, you can walk out past the firepit to the pergola at the pond. No fishing but great for resting your mind.

Let Poplar Cove be your next getaway where you go go left to Columbus and all the things a small city offers or to the right to quaint Nashville, Indiana.

Close to Brown County State Park for the horseback riding, fishing, swimming, and hiking.
