What You’ll Love About The Tree House
The Location!
Just 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World, the fun begins right away! Dozens of other attractions, golf courses, restaurants, and cafés are also conveniently located just minutes away from our 2 bed/2 bath townhome-style condo for 6 guests, located on the second floor and nestled in a quiet gated community.
When parks close, traffic could be something else, so being that close to home gives you another great advantage.
The space
We have updated our home with new flooring and contemporary furniture. The master suite has a new king-size bed, mattress, silky sheets, and fluffy pillows. We also have a new smart lock for easy access and... did we mention that new 50in. 4K, Smart TV we have just installed for you?

Free designated parking (right outside your door)
Two codes will be provided days prior to your arrival to access both the community and The Tree House.

A cozy open floor plan with contemporary decor and great natural lighting.
A master suite with a king-size bed to relax in. In the second bedroom, two twin beds and a brand-new queen sofa bed in the living room, with memory foam mattress.
A shower bathroom ensuite in the master bedroom and a bathtub in the second bathroom to replenish your energy after a full day at the parks.
A fully equipped kitchen (not that you are planning to cook a 5-course meal there), after all… you’re on vacation!
The Goodies.
-A Clubhouse with helpful staff.
-Access to a large swimming pool and hot tub!
-Gym.
-Tennis and Basketball courts.
-Kids playground.
-Free Wi-Fi.
-Free Cable TV.
-Free designated parking (only steps from the front door).
-Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
-Pool towels.
-Hair dryer, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be waiting for you, so you can pack a little lighter.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Our Townhouse-like home is nestled in a gated and quiet neighborhood with a Walmart next door and a Starbucks located just two blocks away; plus dozens of restaurants, stores and other attractions nearby.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The condominium also offers beautiful tree-lined streets and green grass areas around our lake. Take a peaceful walk, exercise, or simply sit down on a bench to enjoy the natural scenery.
