This beachfront home was immaculate. It was perfect for our large family that included grandkids. A one-minute walk to the sandy beach. Loved our stay!

The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed for a beach getaway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen for a family gathering. The location was perfect, close to a quiet beach and beautiful natural park area. Our host was great to work with, she was accommodating, and responded quickly to inquiries.We had a wonderful weekend with family. Memories were definitely made.

It was an amazing stay, Melody was extremely responsive and was very helpful, even after checkout. Went above and beyond when an item was left behind at the home. Would recommend staying here when you're in the area!

The property has a well equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms and the Netflix access was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here over the holidays! The house was setup with anything you might need, and Melody was great to communicate with. The only critique would be that the living room furniture isn’t really ideal for 10-12 adults as the couches really only seat around 7 people, but aside from that we loved it and hope to be back!

We booked because we were attending a wedding in the area. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. The kitchen was big and beautiful and the beds were so soft and comfortable. The property is very family friendly and the kids had so much fun in the kids room with the bunk beds. Would book again when we are in the area.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This home is beautiful with a great layout. It fit grandparents, kids and grandkids comfortably. The best part is the location, just steps from the beach and we could bike to the big park and ice cream. Would certainly stay here again.

The Wedding Clan

We arrived to celebrate a wedding nearby and found the house to be well set-up for all ages in our group. We loved the space each family had and would highly recommend this home for a family holiday.

This was our second stay at Melody & Jon's lovely cottage. We love the location and the property. The cottage is stocked with everything you need and the hosts are very considerate and easy to communicate with. No notes.

Fantastic Weekend Get-Away Place

We wanted a weekend away…kid free. This place was fantastic! Each couple had their own room and bathroom. It was close to but not in Sylvan which was nice to avoid the mass of humanity that was the town. The front porch was nice and warm in the afternoon and the location is walking distance to the small public beach. Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and they were super quick to get back to us. Would highly recommend this place!

Peaceful lake retreat

A beautifully renovated spacious cottage with easy access to Petro Beach. Lovely front deck and backyard fire pit and seating to chill out and relax. Seven adults slept and lived comfortably in the comfy beds, eating and living areas. Loved the kitchen with all amenities and double fridge and freezer space. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage.

Exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable and welcoming. Exactly what we needed. Our family group was very comfortably housed. Having traveled quite a distance to attend a family wedding in the area, we were so grateful to be welcomed into this lovely, restful home space. Thank you very much!

The cottage served our large 3-generational family group very well for our Christmas vacation. Upstairs, the bunk bed room and the two beautiful master suites (each with their own bathrooms) was ideal for multi-family use, providing ample space & privacy. The main floor provided large bright open spaces for all of us to gather for cooking, dinning, TV, games etc. We especially appreciated the large mudroom/entry with lots of closet space to accommodate all our winter gear. Our hosts exceeded expectations for accommodating our requests for extra guests and check-in & check-out times. Their communication with us was prompt & instructions clear and simple making the process of checking in & out pleasant and stress-free. We would definitely return.
