The view of the Tetons from the deck was spectacular! A perfect home base for a Yellowstone Tetons trip with family and friends.
If you fancy yourself a fly fishing enthusiast, this house is an A+. Exceptional access to the famed Henryâs Fork and Madison River, as well as Yellowstone Park.
Tucked away nicely in a wooded area, very secluded yet close to town. Clean, bright open interior with comfortable beds and plenty of room to visit, eat and relax.
Our vacation stay was very nice. The website description doesnât quite do justice to the home, very nice! And the view out back is awesome. This is a great place to spend time with family. If kids want outside time, however it is best supervised as the property does not have a safe outdoor play area in my opinion. Inside, there were some minor maintenance fixes that were attended to promptly by the property manager. My only unpleasant surprise was that the pull out couches that could accommodate 4 extra people were not adequate or functional. One was a very thin uncomfortable bed and the other did not pull out because of previous damage. I would plan for less people or bringing sleeping bags/mats as there is plenty of carpeted floor room. Otherwise, our whole family was very happy and had a wonderful time here. Mesa falls nearby was nice and Jackson Hole/Teton area is just an hour and a half away. There are also fishing rivers nearby and the store is max 15 min, with a super Walmart 30 min away in Rexburg.
The inside was top notch and was beautiful. The outside was overgrown. The roof was awaiting repairs. The A/C had to be worked on during our stay. The banister was in need of repair. One chair in the living room was in need of repair. The road to the site was rough and needed attention. The price per night should be lowered until attention is paid to this property. The property manager was top notch and listened to our concerns.
