Customer book the house for three guest . I explain to the customer before he arrive that he only booked the house for 3 . So no more than 3 can be at the house . Customer brought seven people with them. … Customer also smoked in the house, customer also had loud music when I asked him not to have loud music, outside, ring, camera outside surveillance camera, cought footage of everything. Please book accordingly. House is poop per person per night. Just because he sleeps six does it mean you can sleep six if you only booking for two

The lock on the door is a smart lock . Customer put the code in wrong and locked his self out. I sent the new code. If you put the code in wrong, it will lock you out. As far as the handle goes with the Shower . He is correct it feels loose, but it is not broke. We had to wait for the part to come in in-order to fix it . But it still worked . Customer didn’t do nothing but complaining the whole time. I already know who’s gonna give a bad review from the start. He was unable to get the Shower work. Because he turned the showerhead off, trying to get it to work because he did not follow directions. Once again, these are all things that are out of my control. Everything but the handle. I would like to tell people if you guys are looking for perfect. Please do not rent this house because it is not perfect by any means but everything works just like the Shower. I have videos of it working two minutes after he checked out. He was a complainer from the start and looking for a discount and he got it in the story. These are Airbnb‘s that are homes that we live in. They are not perfect. If you’re looking for perfect maybe you should go get a hotel room.

Nowhere in the description does it says the house is on the lake this is the house by the lake. Some people need to learn how to read. So the ad is not miss leading you just can’t read. Says by the lake not on it or in it …. There’s seven plates cups dishes not my fault you could not find out either must be blind took this one last minute because they got kicked out of their last Airbnb. I wonder why . Left my place a mess didn’t follow house rules I wouldn’t rent to them again.
