All buffed out and ready to roll as a great rental property that will appeal to a wide range of visitors to world famous Ketchum/Sun Valley, this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Deer Run Townhome in West Ketchum is a great combination of quality and stylish furnishings and decore, desirable amenities, and ideal location, all rolled into one sweet accommodation! The new owners of the townhome purchased the already-nice property in Spring 2022 and set about making it even better for their own family to enjoy when they are in town for all of the fun that Ketchum/Sun Valley and Central Idaho have to offer. And, the owners are hopeful that guests to the townhome will appreciate all that the property has to offer when visiting for their own fun and experiences in the fantastic Idaho wilderness and the great mountain towns of Ketchum and Sun Valley.
Between spring and summer 2022, the townhome got a complete interior paint job and almost all of the furnishings and decor and equipment in the property is brand new with the style and vibe of the property being clean and contemporary and upscale. And the lay-out of the 3-level property is really functional with the common area living/dining/kitchen being on the main/middle level along with a guest master suite with two twin beds (that can be bridged together into a king bed) and full bathroom en suite (deep tub and separate glass shower) . . . the master suite being on the top level with a king bed and full bathroom en suite (deep jetted tub, glass shower, double sink vanity and walk-in closet) . . . and on the lowest entry level is the 3rd bedroom with a set of bunks (twin on top and double on the bottom) and there is a full bathroom on the hallway with a glass shower as well as the laundry closet with a full-size stack clothes washer/dryer as well as entry from the attached 2 car garage. And, each bedroom has its own brand new "smart" wall-mounted flat screen TV. Back in the living/dining/kitchen area, the living room has a comfy leather sofa and arm chairs and a new large "smart" TV and gas log fireplace and big windows with views of "out-of-bounds" areas of Bald Mountain and next door is the dining area with seating for 4 and then at the kitchen there is breakfast bar seating for 2, lots of counter space, newer stainless appliances (including a 4-burner gas range), and the kitchen is equipped with ample pots and pans and dishes, just about everything you would want for as much or as little cooking as you might want to do . . . when on vacation! And, just off of the dining area is a sliding glass door to an exterior balcony deck with a gas BBQ. All of this amounts to great living spaces with areas to be together and separated and really versatile bedding arrangements that can appeal to different sizes and compositions of families and groups traveling together!
And the property has nice amenities, too, with the aforementioned attached 2 car garage and the gas log fireplace in the living room and new TV's in each bedroom and the living room and the gas BBQ on the deck, but the townhome also has its own private spa located on a private deck outside of the top-floor master suite for under-the-stars hot tubbing after a day of skiing in the winter or hiking or biking in the summertime. Perhaps not exactly an "amenity," but many travelers will be happy to learn that this property can consider pets -- not a guarantee in all cases and you need to request permission to bring your pet -- but for reasonable pet situations it is possible for your pet to be with you while at this property.
