We had such a wonderful time at this location. There were a lot of days that we were the only ones on the beach. It seems so private and peaceful. We are definitely coming back to the spot.

Comfy Updated Condo with a PERFECT location

We loved this location. Only 5 minutes from all the food but isolated enough that the beach was empty most days. Umbrellas and chairs on the beach were very convenient. The beach is rocky in front of the condo, but not as bad if you go out to the right a little bit. Two foot washing stations outside made it easier to keep the unit clean. The AC worked great. All the light switches are labeled which was helpful. The beds were comfortable (the pullout couch was not that comfy though). Ice machine works great and we used it everyday with the provided cooler. The parking spot was right by the walkway which made things easy. 2 minor issues were fixed within an hour. We were allowed early check in upon request which was very appreciated. TVs in all spaces with fire sticks. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities.

The condo is on the beach in a quiet location with fantastic views from living room and deck. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and NYE fireworks show from deck. The property was very well kept and communication with the property manager was quick and easy.

Beautiful, peaceful vacation

The property is the best stocked rental I have stayed in. It has an abundance of beach towels, soap and shower supplies. Very clean with a beautiful view.

Chill vibes on Seven Mile

We enjoyed a relaxing week filled with sun, sand, water at the Sundowner. We were 2 couples so the second bedroom with twin beds was not ideal but the location - literally 12 steps to the beach - more than made up for it! We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! The views and beach are spectacular. It was quiet and serene. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. It’s in a great location just north of Seven Mile Beach. A fabulous vacation!
