Nice rental

Excellent location, convenient to activities on the resort and in Naples. Really enjoyed the screened porch and golf course view. The unit is managed by Naples Vacations, and Jennifer from Naples Vacations was super helpful with check in, and quick to respond to questions

Lovely Lely Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed: pool, workout facilitiy, nearby grocery stores, restaurants, activities, close enough within driving distance to the beach, etc... It was definitely clean and comfortable. All A+ in all of those categories. Our ONLY complaints were a non-working dishwasher and a noisy (squealing)fan in the spare bedroom bathroom. We called the rental agency numerous times. It took 3 days for a response but they finally sent someone to come and replace the fan (they replaced the wrong one in the wrong bathroom but! haha) but they never fixed nor replaced the dishwasher. It was just my husband and I so we of course managed but we were told that it was a complaint from a previous tenant as well so it should have been taken care of prior to us renting. Other than that - again, this was /is a marvelous rental for couples and or families. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented the unit for the month of February 2023. The unit has a great pond and golf course view with morning sun. However, we had issues with a non functional A/C unit upon arrival and a leaking dishwasher. In addition, the refrigerator stopped working during our final weekend. The dishwasher leaked and the toaster did not work properly. The Naplesvacation maintenance folks responded quickly and resolved the issues we reported to them. The appliances need upgrading but the unit was clean, bright and fairly well appointed. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointing

Of all my years staying at Greenlinks, this by far was the worst. I never received check in instructions, was delayed 5 hours checking in, the carpet was stained, there were only 2 wash cloths in the condo, the blinds in the front bedroom did not close for two nights until the blinds were replaced ( therefore anyone outside could see in) the back door did not work, the ice maker was turned off and the vent a hood light did not work. We were never instructed where a pool pass was and did not have any check out instructions. The only positive comment is that the maintenance man was very nice and stopped by Target to buy us some wash cloths.

Lely Resort - 4 night stay

Lely Resort is very nice. We stayed at the Greenlinks section. Very clean resort - nicely landscaped. Property is quiet. Lely Resort is about an easy 15 minute drive to Naples Beach and 5th Avenue We had an issue with remotes for tv’s (3 total tv’s and 9 total remotes) with dead batteries or no batteries at all. Ice maker broken as well as the mini blinds in front bedroom not operable which caused a privacy issue. We went out and bought our own ice. We have used VRBO many times and very pleased with VRBO In general. Prior to travel could not access reservation to re-check on amenities as when tried to access reservation a message stated listing removed per host request. Called VRBO associate who was very helpful. Would stay at Greenlinks in Lely again but not at this property due to many things not in working order.

Brief vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was comfortable and had a lovely view of the golf course. The area is relaxing and scenic for walks and or jogging. The owner made the process easy which we appreciated.

Comfortable Stay for Family

We had a wonderful time and would return to this property. The unit was clean and tidy with little extras like enough toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry and dish detergent to get through the week. We enjoyed the view from the lanai onto the golf course. Resort pool was fun for the kids.

Great stay

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the convenient, peaceful setting. I was greatly impressed with the responsiveness of the property management, especially on New Year's Day to resolve a problem that they could not have anticipated prior to our check-in. This was a great vacation thanks in large part to the lodging!

Unser Urlaub

Grundsätzlich ist das Lely Resort eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool ist großzügig und sehr ruhig und das dazugehörige Clubhaus ist sehr gepflegt. Da wir schon viele Jahre nach Naples fahren und immer wieder verschiedene Condos mieten haben wir bereits viel Erfahrung sammeln können. Leider war unser Condo offensichtlich ein rein kommerziell genutztes Condo und wird wohl nicht oder nur selten vom Eigentümer genutzt. Es war stellenweise renovierungsbedürftig und die Küche war nicht so ausgestattet, wie wir es aus anderen Aufenthalten gewohnt waren. Es fehlten auch diverse Ersatzglühbirnen und somit waren diverse Lampen nicht nutzbar. Das ist alles ist sicherlich nicht so ausschlaggebend und wir haben uns mit der Situation arrangiert. Was jedoch leider enttäuschend war, war die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Die Küchenschränke waren innen so verschmutzt, sodass wir alle Schränke ausgewaschen und das gesamte Geschirr vor Nutzung gespült haben. Der Messerblock zum Beispiel war mit Staubflocken überzogen, das dürfte keine Reinigungskraft übersehen. Ebenso im Bad war nur oberflächlich geputzt worden, in den Ecken lagen überall Staub und Haare. Die Matratzen waren leider auch durchgelegen. Wie gesagt, mit der Ausstattung der Küche kann man sich arrangieren, das Condo selbst ist von der Raumaufteilung vollkommen ausreichend. Wäre es gepflegter gewesen hätte man die Küchenausstattung vernachlässigen können. Aber was die Sauberkeit angeht, waren wir enttäuscht. Ein Hinweis sei noch angebracht: In der Anlage kann man auch tageweise wie in einem Motel buchen, Das hat am Memorial Day Weekend zur Folge, dass am Pool Chaos herrschte wie im Spring Break. Man sollte daher Feiertage im Lely Resort meiden. Was schade ist den der Pool ist traumhaft schön uns es war ansonsten immer sehr ruhig dort.

Clean spacious condo

We enjoyed our time at this condo. Marilyn the owner or property manager was wonderful to deal with. The booking and check in was easy. There is a nice pool and hot tub at the complex. We found Lely a bit far from the beaches of Naples but still a nice community. There were amenities like grocery store, restaurants etc nearby.

Great rental

We spent a week in this condo and enjoyed 85 degree weather! I spent much of my time at the pool while my husband golfed. The condo was well furnished and clean. Considering the fact that we prepare our breakfast and lunch, I would have liked a few more items in the kitchen but we made due with what was there. The one thing that was missing was placemats. These are all minor when compared to the weather!
