Mexico Point Farmhouse

The Mexico Point Farmhouse is a perfect getaway just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park, Boat Launch and beach. Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoors in style! Entering the Farmhouse through the front door, you walk step into a beautiful living room. Directly in front of you is the downstairs full bathroom and to your right is a cute dining area and modern kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay at home and cook. At the back of the kitchen is the Laundry area and back door, which we ask you to use when you have been out enjoying the outdoors / fishing etc. There is also a deck for you to sit and enjoy the outdoor space. Moving upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full. You'll also find an additional bathroom. Careful on the stairs as they are steep! - Absolutely no cleats or waders inside please! Hangers are provided in the laundry area by the back door. - Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus. - Please store all fish and bait in sealed containers - Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture. You will have access to the entire home. The only shared areas are the driveway and garage. Garden may be shared with guests from our other unit but is not open to the public. There is a 1 car garage you are welcome to use if it is available and the driveway is big enough for several cars and even trailers. You can reach Joe by phone almost any time for any issues. If you have any special requests, let us now ahead of time and we will do our best to make them happen! Just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park Boat Launch and Beach and directly opposite most of the charter trips Marinas - you are minutes away from the sought after Dan's Chicken Shack and other great eating. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River, Snowmobile trails, State Parks and trails, you have everything you could want year round and you are only 10 minutes from the Towns of Mexico and Pulaski which have all of your usual amenities. No cleats or waders inside the house, hanging rails are provided in the laundry area by the back door.
