Sunset View Estate

Located right on Lake Hadlock, Sunset View Estate will have you and your family and friends talking about it for years. This estate consists of three individual homes, sleeping 26, with 10 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. There are 4 king beds, 7 queen beds, 3 twin over twin bunk beds, and 2 pull-out sofas.

Rates are based on 26 guests. Additional guests are allowed, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night for each guest over 26 up to 32 max.

Lakefront Lookout:
This lakefront vacation home is directly on the water's edge and is the perfect private getaway retreat. This is a three-story home-away-from-home that offers four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two living rooms. The main level (middle floor) has an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, living, dining room, and king bedroom all overlooking beautiful Hadlock Lake. Cozy up next to one of the three gas fireplaces located in the living room, lake-level game/living room, and the large bedroom.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the spacious windows and double glass doors or relax on the sizable deck with a patio set and a gas grill for outside dining and relaxation. The main level has a master bedroom and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The third level of the home features three bedrooms and a half bath. Two of the bedrooms have luxurious queen beds, and the fourth oversized bedroom has three queen beds and spectacular views of the lake, to enjoy while having breakfast in bed.

The bottom floor is lake level with another full bathroom and has a secondary living room as well as a game/bar room, which features a pool table, foosball table, two arcade games, tic tac toe, shuffleboard, dartboard, and a bar, perfect for family fun in the evening without leaving the comfort of the home.

There is direct access to the lake from this level with a secondary covered patio and seating for unwinding next to the beauty of the lake. Also, you will have the convenience of 80 feet of lakefront property, which includes a large private dock, a walk-in area to the lake for swimming, as well as a floating dock to sunbathe or jump off into the crystal clear water of Hadlock Lake. Feel free to take advantage of our outdoor shower as well for cooling down in the open mountain air. Beach towels are included. Just in time for winter, there is a hot tub and electric fireplace to warm up those chilly winter nights.

Lakeside Retreat:
This home is tastefully decorated with French Country decor with a modern twist. A fantastic year-round vacation home on three levels with many windows offering picturesque views and great access to the waterfront. This home features two living rooms and a dock that accommodates two boats. This home offers a peaceful environment on the East side of the lake, letting you enjoy your private getaway. For your comfort, we provide luxurious linens (including beach towels) and paper products.

On the main level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, queen bedroom, and bathroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Located on the top level there are two master king bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the bottom level, this home offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer and another full bathroom. Also, on the bottom level, there is a large living room with lake views and another sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom features two twin over twin bunk beds. Cozy up next to one of three gas fireplaces, with one in the main living room, and two on the lake-level floor. Located out on the deck you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs, all while taking in the beautiful views of the lake. This home also features an oversized covered porch with patio seating. This home also features a hot tub!

Relax and unwind in the bar/game room. This detached building features a bar, dartboard, shuffleboard, arcade games, a large screen television, a lounge area, and a pool table. This is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends and make the best memories!

Shoreline Chateau:
This newly renovated quaint private lakeside chateau includes a living room with breathtaking lake views. This home has two bedrooms with views from every bed, one custom full bath, an eat-in kitchen, heat, and A/C.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a walk-out deck into the outdoors, overlooking the lake. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Sit outside and kick back in the outdoor living space with a large patio overlooking the glistening Hadlock lake and a brand new deck with sliding glass doors exiting the living room. Grill up some dinner on the BBQ grill. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace with lounge chairs or relax in the hot tub! This home is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The property spans 95 feet of direct waterfront, a floating dock, a large dock for your boat, and great fishing!

Play games and unwind in the new bar/game room. This detached building features a bar, dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a pool table. This is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends and make the best memories!

Paradox Park:
Privately owned and reserved only for you, creating a place for family fun with activities for all ages. The park consists of a two-tier swing set, a slide, and a rock-climbing wall. Also at the park is a sandbox enclosed by a stone border. A geodome close by will test even the most adventurous in the family. The park is also equipped with a basketball court with a 10’ hoop. Basketballs are provided. A light above the hoop can extend the game further into the night. When you’re tired out from basketball, challenge your friends to a game of tetherball. Towards the center of the park, a fun treehouse is accessible only from a ladder or a rock climbing wall. The treehouse offers a slide for more fun.

Roast some smores around the fire pit, while relaxing in the Adirondack-style chairs. Light posts create a warm glow that surrounds the entire park. With enough activities to keep everyone busy on the days not quite warm enough to spend in the Lake, Paradox Park is nothing short of a hit.

Pets, Kayaks, and More!
You can rent kayaks and paddleboards to experience all the lake has to offer, just ask us how. Each of these homes includes dock space and they are all pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only.

There are good hiking trails within two miles. This estate is minutes away from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is forty minutes away, and Albany Airport is one hour away. This estate is close to all activities yet away from it all.
