The Spoonbill Cottage, newly built in 2020, is a family friendly 4 bedroom/4 bath home located in beautiful Vilano Beach. Steps to the shore, this home is nestled in the midst of a quiet beachy neighborhood convenient to restaurants, Publix and a short drive to historic town. Decorated in a fun "Floridian Cottage" decor, this home is outfitted with all the creature comforts. There really is no better place to settle in and enjoy everything which makes Saint Augustine so special.

This home is special because you can walk 100 yards to the shore. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who are all just enjoying the beach life. Also, Publix and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. There's always a fantastic breeze blowing which makes it heavenly.

Get around in style with a new water taxi service between the Vilano Beach Public Dock at the Pier and the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

Large swim spa can be heated during cooler months and used as a hot tub or as a small pool during the summer.

The golf cart can be driven throughout the neighborhood and to the shops and restaurants in the area. It can also be taken to the public parking lot 100 yards east of the home for easier beach access if needed. It can not be driven on the beach itself.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
