Enjoy a relaxing dip in the complex’s seasonal outdoor pool or year-round hot tub after a fun-filled day outdoors.

All on one floor, the light and bright interior provides all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-stocked kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that opens to the living and dining area. Enjoy a meal overlooking Eagle River (open the sliding door for a mountain breeze and the sound of the rushing river). Watch movies together in the comfortable and chic living area.

You’ll love the plush primary suite with a private balcony overlooking the Eagle River. The room also has a TV and DVD player. The bunk room has direct outdoor access. A washer/dryer in the condo adds convenience during your stay, while the entry features a drop-zone for stowing all your gear - hang your skis or snowboards opposite the cubbies and leave your boots to dry out below.

Plus, you'll be conveniently located on the bus route or a short drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. The Eagle Valley Trail also runs alongside the property, leading to Vail, Avon, and Edwards.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great location, exceptionally clean, well appointed, and beautiful property! The babbling brook was an added bonus. The fireplace was inoperable, which was disappointing. Very easy check in and out. Overall a great property and would stay again.

Great Place!

This is an excellent condo! Our family of five fit very comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It was a short drive to both Vail and Beaver Creek and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner/breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Stay at Sun River E102

Our stay here was fabulous, truly one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The unit has been updated very nicely and stocked very well from kitchen supplies (including multiple size storage containers), extra blankets and bathroom toiletries. The location of the unit being riverfront with trees providing some privacy was spectacular. It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and listen to the gurgling of the river. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful place to enjoy our long weekend in the mountains!

Nice place. It was clean and as described. We were able to check in a few hours early which was appreciated. We were there for a snowboarding trip. It's a very short drive to the elk lot ($13) where you take a shuttle to the mountain. We did have an issue where the internet went out after the first day and didn't receive a response until after our stay was over. This was especially frustrating because there isn't great cell service in the area so using wifi hotspots was flaky

We loved the location of this condo and covered parking but this condo could use some upkeep. Mattress in master is very soft and we sunk into it. Definitely not good on the back. We had to space out our showers. The hot water couldn’t keep up. We had issues with curtain rods staying up and a leak in the kitchen sink during our stay

No Hot Water

After renting this unit last month, we returned for a 2-night stay with our family. On our second day there, the unit did not have hot water. We realized this after a long day of skiing when attempting to run water for showers. We contacted Vacasa representative right away. They filed a report, but told us nothing could be done prior to our check-out the following morning as it was after hours for the maintenance team. In looking back at reviews, this exact issue was reported by another guest very recently. The water heating unit is clearly faulty and proper steps were not taken to remedy it after previous complaints. We do not recommend staying at this unit until this recurring issue is resolved.

Clean and New, but No Hot Water and Terrible Communication

I rented the unit for 3 days. When I arrived, I did not have hot water. I tried contacting Vacasa who told me that the water must run for 30 minutes before it turns hot (ridiculous). After allowing the water to run for a hour with no heat, I then contacted Vacasa again. Vacasa told me they would need to put in a customer service request and get back to me. I did not hear from anyone for over 10 hours, so I contacted VRBO directly. VRBO then told me they would require evidence in the form of a video or photo to prove the water was not hot. Haha, that is not even physically possible. Finally, Vacasa sent a local maintenance man and property manager. They were both excellent in fixing the solution. However, Vacasa and VRBO both have not got back to me in regards of some financial refund due to my lack of hot water for over a day of my 3 day stay. When I pay over $1,000, I expect to have full amenities. If something is broke, especially for more than a third of my stay, I expect some compensation for that. The fact that I must contact a third party who then puts in a service request for my issues slowed down the process, terrible communication from Vacasa. I recommend they provide tenants with the local property managers number directly. Definitely do not recommend staying here. At the time of writing this review, one day after my check out, the property is listed as not available to rent. Funny that someone cannot rent it now, but yet I was not given a refund for my issues
