The space
This space is great for a single or couple that doesn't need to cook at home. It has a small kitchenette for basic things (please note there is no sink in the kitchenette), a little open work space, it's own dedicated bedroom so it's not just a studio, and a cozy little living room to hang out and watch TV. Top of the line window AC units that are low profile and much quieter than average window AC units and a space heater.

The unit is only 600sq feet, has shorter ceilings, and is on the 3rd floor so there will be stairs to climb. Also please note that the bathroom ceiling is sloped and there can be some challenges for taller individuals.

Please note this space is highly reviewed and a cozy little spot but taller individuals may find it a bit tight as the ceilings are not high and the bathtub and bathroom in general as shown in the photos can feel a bit cramped to taller individuals.
