You'll have a great night's sleep, no matter which room you choose. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the theme is very cozy! In one bedroom, you will have a queen bed + a smart TV to yourself. In the larger bedroom, you will find two queen beds.

Very nice place to stay on Thomas Drive! Short walk and convenient access to the beach. Very close to many restaurants, gas stations, and a dollar general for small quick needs. Home was very clean and stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels to help with ease of toiletries for the trip. We brought our fur baby and she absolutely loved the place. We were very grateful for the fenced in back yard that allowed her to run and play. Would definitely boom again,

The property was perfect for our needs. We traveled with two large dogs and they had a private backyard to run around in and the host even left a jar of treats to welcome them. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy spots to drink coffee or cocktails. The beach was a quick walk away and the neighborhood was friendly. Definitely a place I will be staying again.

Pet friendly. Clean and very close to beach access #7. Walking distance to Schooners. Beds weren’t very comfortable and back patio needs a little tlc. Would recommend and cover for back patio so when raining you can still enjoy sitting outside. We had a good stay and appreciate all of the clean towels and coffee bar.

Our dogs enjoyed be able to go in the back yard and hang out with us as I cooked on the grill. Or sat by the fire pit. All we had to buy was our food all the amenities were there .

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beach is within walking distance so that was perfect. The accommodations for our dog Tallulah were perfect. The backyard is private and fenced in and very clean. The host was very helpful in anything I needed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

Honestly, everything about it was fantastic! Me, my lady, and our two fur babies decided to take a weekend trip down to PCB and the stay was EVERYTHING—The fenced in backyard for the dogs to get to enjoy the outdoors, leash free, with ample amenities! (Outdoor shower, gathering areas, bench seating, grill, privacy fence.)—I'm a stickler about water pressure in showers, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bathroom shower after long days in the sun!—Ample spaces for me and my little family! From the kitchen, the living room, to both bedrooms! Host provided TP, PT, trash bags, shower supplies/dish supplies, and various other little things that we're used to having to bring ourselves! —AC was ROCKIN'!! I am not a fan of the heat (unless I'm headed to the water), so this was a major plus! Especially for when you want that good sleep and you gotta have the room nice and cool!! (Bedroom fan was a good one, as well) — Beach access is a nice, brisk walk away, with a calmer setting and a multitude of beach chairs already laid out and available!! Beautiful sunset, as well! - Right next to Schooners, and a 20 min drive from the dog beach, margaritaville, the "tourist" strip as I call it! With plenty of fantastic locations to visit and stop by to and from!— and Lasty, I would like to say that the host was absolutely wonderful! Communicative, pleasant, and proactively informative about everything you need to know before/during/departing your stay! Already expecting to revisit!! :D

We had a pleasant stay here. We loved the location. It was a very nice surprise that there were complimentary kcups/creamer/sugar/splenda, a candy jar and even little dog treats for our furbabies. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. There were even a few beach toys we borrowed and enjoy using. I feel like it could use a nice deep clean and just some fresh paint touchups would go a long way. Baseboards and backs of doors always catch my eyes. Overall, we were pleased. We loved the yard!!

Excellent Place All Around

We came down celebrating my husband’s birthday. I wanted to bring our dog with us and this home was the perfect fit. From the fenced in back yard, to the ease of being able to enjoy an evening walk, this place was perfect. Sabrina was the best communicator & host. We would definitely stay here again & plan on it next time we bring our four legged buddy with us.

The pics online are significantly enhanced. The yard was tiny with no grass. Baseboards & walls were filthy. No comfortable seating. The host took 3 days to respond to request for wifi code. Shower had long hairs stuck to the walls, as well as the towels. Air-conditioner & frig worked great. Dishes were clean.

Beautiful Property and the Owner keeps in touch to make sure you have everything you need! Easy access to Thomas Drive (2 blocks off main strip). Very quiet neighborhood! Very clean home and will definelty stay again! They are pet friendly so if you have a dog or car just let them know in advance (we have a dog but didn’t bring him on this trip but after seeing the fenced in backyard we will bring him along next time). The property has three queen beds (2 in one room) and one in master bedroom. 1 bathroom, has washer and dryer and all the appliances you need to cook yourself (stove/oven, full fridge/freezer, pots/pans, K-cup coffee maker, and microwave). Very inviting as soon as you walk thru the door. Was shocked at how big the place was as pics don’t do justice until you arrive inside! 5 ⭐️ and can’t wait to book again down the road!
