Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this remodeled cozy retreat directly across the street from the pond, and down the road from Giant Steps main express ski lift, restaurants, and the general store. In Brian Head, you can enjoy year-round fun. During the snowy months there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, etc. During the warm months, there is mountain biking, hiking, ATVs, a park and playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and more!

Renovated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed above. There is an extra twin mattress located under the bunkbed to sleep a sixth person if needed. There are thermostats for heat and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The full kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, etc.). There is a breakfast bar with stunning view of the pond. There is also a dining room table (added Jan 2023) that can seat 6. Our cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and swivel chair, fireplace, and a smart flat screen TV with cable. This condo also contains a washer/dryer in the hallway closet.
