Situated just on the outskirts of West Asheville, this cozy gem offers the best of convenience as well. With quick access to I-40, it's an easy drive to all that Asheville has to offer.
The space
The quiet, dead-end street, Green Valley, earns it's name with this little paradise sitting on a beautiful half acre lot nestled up next to a ravine to one side; certainly an easy place to unwind. A porch and covered patio (with built-in bar seating) look out over the yard. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee...or perhaps a cold local brew after exploring the city or hiking the trails.

While it's a quaint home, each room (including the kitchen) is well proportioned, offering a cozy, yet comfortable feel...smart TV and seating in the living room, bedrooms offer a queen size bed and blackout curtains, the kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking with a small table to gather around, and one shared, full bathroom features a bath/shower combo with newly refinished tub.

Other things to note
The house has a tin roof. While charming and soothing to most, it does add a little noise potential. The autumn season is unfortunately noisier than other times of year, as the grand ol' oak tree above drops its acorns...sounding a bit startling at times.
