LOVELY LAKESIDE HOME is on 2 acres of private wooded land on the beautiful 240 acre full recreation Little Spider Lake in Woodruff, Wisconsin (a few miles north of Minocqua). 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 10, with a private dock. Approx. 3,000 square feet, laundry on site. Full well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher. High quality bedding and towels. Downstairs walks out to yard and lake, and includes pool table and separate kitchenette. Spectacular sunset views. Indoor gas fireplace, outdoor bonfire pit, gas and charcoal grills, 2 stall attached garage, heated workshop, and rowboat included. Hiking/biking/snowmobile/ATV/UTV/equestrian trail is at the end of the long driveway. Pet friendly in owner’s sole discretion and with additional fee.

24-foot new Bennington pontoon boat (12 seating capacity) available as a separate rental.

Wonderful property

Location is great! So much to do in the area. The lake is perfect for the kids enjoying fishing and water sports. The house is so well appointed and had everything we needed. We hope to return.

Great location for biking and golf

Three couples taking a fall vacation- this place was perfect. Three full baths so no one had to share. The kitchen was very well stocked. We made meals there and dishes and pans were great. Great location. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful and perfect for large group

Our group/family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this home. It was a perfect size and well furnished with everything we needed! Great location and really a lovely home! The owners were very easy to communicate with. Other than a couple hot and rainy days, it was a perfect getaway to end our summer!

Lakeside House

This house was perfect and had so many extra touches that made traveling even easier, especially with two young kids. The hosts were excellent at communicating and answering any questions. It's a gorgeous lake, and we will definitely be wanting to come back again!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderfully, relaxing time! The lake was beautiful. We spent all of our time on the boat, swimming in the lake. Our teenage age + children and our dog had a great time. Views are beautiful. Convenient location.

Fall Getaway

Beautiful house in a great setting. The sunset views from the living room were fantastic. The kitchen came with everything you could possibly need. It was nice that we had two separate sleeping areas so the younger family members could watch their shows and play their games.

Northern Wisconsin at Little Spider Lake

Very good accommodations, waterfront and toys. Good fishing, nice firepit, open concept kitchen and deck nice, used screen porch every day. Kitchen well equipped, internet and streaming tv's all good. A critical aspect for us was having very good quality lake water and Little Spider Lake was excellent.

Nice home. Good accommodations. Worked well for our family. Disappointed with the condition of the home upon arrival. Lots of dog hair on furniture and the floor. Cleaned all floors and counters/tables and vacuumed the furniture before we step up for the week.

Perfect northwoods family vacation

Property was ideal for our annual damily vacation. Great location on Little Spider Lake. Beautiful. Clean. Spacious. Well appointed. Well stocked. Had everything we needed. Loved fishing off the dock, boating, fire table on deck, perfect gathering area indoors for meals and family time. Close to downtown Minocqua for outings. Great restaurants, shopping, breweries, coffee shops, mini golf, go karts. Extraordinary property for family vacation.

Nice Place Great Hosts

Stayed for a long snowmobiling weekend with friends. Easy trail access and plenty of parking. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Beds were extremely comfortable and had duvets for bedding - which is a personal choice but something I really appreciate. Hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and quickly responded when we had a question. House is also next door to Marty's - as good of a northern wisconsin supper club as you'll find. Thanks for having us - we will likely be back.

Wonderful Week!

We had the best week ever! The house was beyond beautiful and had everything you may want. We had a wonderful time on the lake which was beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat and went tubing a lot and you must not miss the zoo in Minocqua. Spent one day horseback riding and miniature golfing. The house has a wonderful grill which we used frequently. This is the place to be!

Well Equipped House for 10

We had 10 family members ranging from infant to grandparent. We were surprised at how easily the house held all of us. We could all sit together at the dinner table or in the great room. The bedrooms were spacious. The workroom turned out to be very handy. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. This is the best equipped kitchen we have encountered with copious plates, wine glasses, etc. It was very easy to be together and separate when we wanted. There are a couple items that need fixing, but that is generally to be expected.

Modern, Spacious,and Quiet

There were only 5 of us - all adults - but the house would accomodate MANY more comfortably. The screened porch and the deck were great for our dog. The wifi worked flawlessly and there were device charging devices throughout. Although there are other homes nearby and it's very close to US 51, it's very quiet. As advertised, sunsets over the lake are spectacular! All-in-all, a beatiful and well-appointed home.

Perfect for a family of 10-12!

What an amazing place! Our group of 9 had a blast! The house was very clean when we got there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all. A spacious house with a beautiful view! We had all of the comforts of home, as it was stocked with almost everything you would need to prepare food, etc. We highly recommend this property!! Melissa responded immediately with any questions. Great hostess!! Thank you!

Awesome Experience

Once again statues at this beautiful home off the lake. We went this time to snowmobile and relax. The trails are on the foot of the driveway…..couldn’t be easier. What’s better in the morning laying down on the couch and put the electric fireplace on. The home has every amenity. you can think of. The owner makes sure your stay is a memorable one. Five star all the way!!!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We spent the week at Melissa's wonderful lake house celebrating the 4th of July and 3 birthdays - Great Grandpa's 80th, grand daughter's 25th and great grand daughter's 1st! The kitchen was perfect for our group of 12 to be able to cook, eat, and sing happy birthday all together in one room. We also enjoyed corn hole and Campfire in the back yard. Not to mention the fun we had on the lake! Great place with everything you need. It was so nice to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The extra refridgerator in the basement was wonderful as well. Thanks for such a fun family week! Hope to be back again next year!

Family Getaway

We came to the area to enjoy a few days of rest, relaxation and family time. Our group was my husband, 2 teenage kids and my husband's kids. The lay out of the house was great for our group, the lake is beautiful, clean and FULL of fish!! My kids loved kyaking, floating on their floats and fishing with their dad and grandpa. Grandma had fun trying new recipes, playing cards and winning mini golf when we went into town. I had to work from home for a few days and the office was great, it over looked the lake and we all LOVED the whole house and outdoor stereo, music is the back bone of our lives! This house is perfect, lots of room, lots to do and we will hopefully stay again!!

AMAZING -SPECTACULAR GETAWAY HOME

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful home and everything about it is just spectacular! The surroundings are just breathtaking! The lake…. Trees … wildlife you see when going for a stroll. The home has just about every amenity you can think of! Plenty of room for your guests to stay. On a snowmobile/ATV trail so no traveling to hop on… just go to the end of the driveway and there you are!!! Plenty of privacy so that gives you that cherry on a Sundae. If you have any questions or assistance of any kind you just need to reach out to the owners and they get back to you immediately! You will be so happy that you chose this wonderful home for your getaway!

Spectacular

Beautiful home overlooking a beautiful lake…… The Home has every amenity one can ever think of, and the owners of this beautiful house cannot be more wonderful if you have any questions that may pop up. Extremely clean, wonderful location, and the view is simply out of this world! We rented the pontoon boat and saw a beautiful views. I Fish off the dock and caught some big size fish without even trying! You’re on the trails for snowmobiling, as well as ATV/UTV, which is simply amazing! I believe this is my sixth time being there, and will continue to go as long as it’s available. They must place to rent if you’re in the Minocqua/Woodruff area and you’re close to Minocqua with a five minute drive …….perfect perfect perfect location!

Perfect Stay at the Perfect Place!

We loved Melissa & John's property on Little Spider Lake. It was meticulously clean, well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for our time together. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children - ages 3 & 6. The kids LOVED the lego table and swing set! We enjoyed having a fire pit, swimming in the lake, fishing (and catching!) and enjoying the awesome pontoon boat. The lake has loons and bald eagles aplenty! The property is a quick 10-minute drive into Minocqua for everything you could possibly need (Kwik Trip, Walmart, activities, etc.). Communication with the hosts was exceptional and they made us feel incredibly at home in their home. We will be back again!

This home has been in our family for more than 30 years, and is near and dear to our hearts! We are blessed to be the current caretakers, and are grateful for the opportunity to share it with other families that enjoy Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This lakeside home has it all. The acreage and woods ensure privacy. The private dock offers you the ability to bring your own boat, or rent our spacious new pontoon boat! The lake is big enough for all the water sports and recreational fun you love, but small enough that you’re not overrun by other boats. The trail at the end of the driveway allows for even more off-water fun, and becomes a snowmobile trail in winter. It’s close enough to Minocqua to easily participate in all the town has to offer, but the space between the cabin and town ensures quiet nights and a starlit sky. The sunset are breathtaking, and can be appreciated on the dock, in the spacious family room, on the deck, or by the bonfire pit. The house is large enough to accommodate big family gatherings.
