OUTSIDE:
Enjoy all our watercraft kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, pedal boating, 14ft aluminum boat, or swimming from the docks. Or enjoy nature in one of the multiple outside seating areas including: outdoor eating area and lounge area, sitting area (off master bedroom), or the front porch overlooking the private forest. Have campfires and s'mores with your group at the fire-pit (fire wood complimentary) or lounge watching others play horse shoes, ladder toss, bocce ball, yard Yahtzee, 18ft miniature golf green (putters and golf balls provided), 100 ft zipline!


INSIDE:
Upon entering the foyer you will get your first glimpse of the GREAT ROOM, with majestic views of the natural surroundings, a pine vaulted ceiling and fireplace to compliment the view. On the side of the the great room is the open concept kitchen and dining room.

The fully equipped GOURMET KITCHEN is well stocked with all the amenities of home. This area includes an 8 ft live edge harvest table and bench and a large island, LOTS of seating for dinner entertainment.

Kitchen amenities includes fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee maker with carafe, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, pots & pans, roasting pans, crockpot, blender, dishes, cutlery, dish towels, cloths and dish soap.

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the main level. These bedrooms feature queen size beds and black out curtains to aid in a good nights rest. The master bedroom offers an en-suite with a large glass shower and a private balcony with stunning views of the lake. The other 2 bedrooms have large windows with views of the private forest with kilometres of hiking trails starting at the property.

On the lower level is a SPACIOUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA, large windows provide an abundance of natural light and a reclaimed wood wall accentuates the scenic view. There is 1 queen, 2 double, 1 single bed and a 3rd full bathroom with relaxing JACUZZI TUB!

Those coming with extended family will appreciate the lower level kitchenette equipped with a round table with 4 chairs, large fridge, sink, microwave, double hot plate, Keurig, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, popcorn maker, bread maker, etc.

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT:
Basketball net, shuffleboard table, pool table, large selection of board games, puzzles and books, 70 inch smart TV and 50 inch TV with Amazon fire stick, Wii, DVD player, over 200 DVDs and Starlink high speed Internet.

LAKESIDE:
For those that like to walk into the water there is a small shallow area which is great for children. Deeper water for jumping in and fishing off the dock. Parking is available at the dock if bringing a boat. There are stairs to the waterfront.

The majority of the lake's waterfront is crown land, as well as the abutting property. The cottage is close to a public boat launch (2 minute drive) and gas less than 1 minute by boat.The lake offers Northern Pike, Small Mouth Bass, and Walleye.

There are plenty of nearby hiking trails and ATV trails to explore. The area is well known for it's scenic hiking trails. Be sure to check out the Eagles Nest lookout, one of several on the Manitou Mountain Trail.
