Beach Studio with pool and summer Kitchen near Mayo, TPC

Unique colonial style home with guest suite attached to house. It has it own private driveway with French door key pad entry. Enough space to park your RV, boat etc. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by palm trees, oak trees with just a few steps to the Marsh where you can watch a beautiful sunset. At night it is so quiet, silence occasionally interrupted by nature. Beautiful owls are a common thing to see. Conveniently close to the beach but if you want a more private setting there is a huge pool nestled in a tropical paradise backyard.

The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was a short trip but a cozy one..I would recommend a stay with Michell. Close to a beach n eateries with a car.

Everything is Awesome!

Michell was a great host, communication was excellent, provided for all our needs. The driveway allowed plenty of room for our vehicles so we didn't have to park on the street, the neighborhood was lovely, the attached studio unit was cute with great atmosphere, the mattress was comfy, and we got fantastic sleep. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Great little getaway

Super close to the action in Jax Beach but in a quiet safe clean neighborhood. Pool was great and welcoming backyard offered privacy, while the overhang on the driveway provided some respite to unwind and have a drink out of the rain. Host Michell was inviting, informative, friendly, personable and helped us feel at home. Would stay again for sure.

The unit was comfortable it had a nice area around the pool. The neighborhood was well-kept, and the neighbors show pride of their homes. If we are traveling through the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Cute, quiet and comfy studio

Enjoyed my 3 week stay in this studio apartment. Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and less than 5 minutes to the beach. She has a beautiful pool out back
it just wasn’t quite warm enough for me to take a dip, but lovely to just sit and relax. Very comfy bed
always important!😀Michelle is a great host, who responded quickly to any questions or needs.

Perfect Location to Beach and Food

Michell was absolutely AMAZING!! She effectively communicated prior to our arrival. She had to leave town for a few but checked to make sure if me and my son arrived safely. Michell suggested theeee best restaurants in town!! She was absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much again!! We'll definitely be back!!💓

Not what we expected

The place is very dated and unkept No stove Place is not in walking distance to beach as claimed The bed didn't fit snug against the headboard so it leaves a gap on the floor. Was hoping nothing could crawl in from the separation on the floor. Room has a stale dung ordor Dated dusty appliances, no ironingboard/iron Pool not clean Dated kitchenware and utensils Utility laundry room could use additional renovation, sliding door just hangs swaying back and forth. Definitely needed my GPS system to find my way in and out of the community. Lastly, when I reread the prior reviews I realize the other guests and I could not be talking about the same place. Ă·( Ă·( Not what we expected Ă·(
