☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The layout of this home makes it perfect for large families or groups of friends traveling together.
The bedrooms are separated to maximize space and privacy and are tucked away from the main living areas. Each room is stylish yet functional and features a flat-screen TV with access to streaming and satellite channels, bedside tables and lamps, and a ceiling fan.
The main floor features two bedrooms.
One is furnished with a king-sized bed and has private access to the porch. There’s plenty of space for you to store your things, and you’ll find a pack-n-play in the closet for your convenience in case you’re traveling with kids. There’s also an ironing board and iron so you can keep your clothes wrinkle-free during your stay.
The second bedroom on the main level has a queen-sized bed.
There are two more king-sized bedrooms on the lower level which share a bathroom.

Three full bathrooms are spread throughout the home, making it easy for large groups to get ready for a fun day in the mountains without waiting in line for the bathroom. All three bathrooms have a tub and shower combo, mirrored vanity, plenty of hidden storage, and plush towels. One of the bedrooms on the main level has a private ensuite bathroom, and there is a full bathroom in between the two king bedrooms on the lower level.

Every morning, head down to the bright and spacious gourmet kitchen and use the coffee bar to brew the perfect cup of coffee. Store all of your favorite groceries in the full-size refrigerator and cabinets, and use the stove and microwave to make homemade lunches and dinners for your hungry crew.
The recently updated kitchen features high slanted ceilings, custom cabinets, spacious
counters, stainless steel appliances, pizza cutter, pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing utensils, Black and Decker 12 Cup Brew Pot, Keurig, silverware, blender, toaster, crockpot, hand mixer, dishes, grater, wine opener, measuring utensils, cutting boards, strainers, casserole dishes, tupperware, and an ice maker. Large windows fill the kitchen with sunlight, and cozy accents and decorative hanging light fixtures add a sophisticated vibe to the classic kitchen.

A breakfast bar with high-top seating creates the perfect place to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out for a hike. The traditional dining room table is a comfortable and convenient place to serve a family-style dinner. Other things you will love about this kitchen include the whisper-quiet dishwasher, industrial-size sink, mountain views, and kitchen essentials that make you feel at home.
The living room has soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, handcrafted furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking lake views. A luxurious gray-toned sofa and two oversized armchairs sit in front of the beautiful stone fireplace and a flat-screen Streaming/Satellite TV. Cozy accent blankets, leafy house plants, and nature-inspired decor make this a warm and welcoming place to relax. Pop some popcorn and host a movie night here, or bring out the board games (Monopoly, Uno, Yahtzee, Puzzles, Jenga, Chinese checkers, Cards) and have a family game night. French doors lead from this living room out to the impressive balcony.
There is another living room on the lower level. This sunny space features high-end furniture, a pool table, games, books, and a flat-screen Streaming/Satellite TV. Send the kids down here to play or watch movies while the adults enjoy the upstairs.

The Blue Ridge Mountains offer endless beauty and stunning landscapes, and this home allows you to experience it from the comfort of not one but two porches. These sweeping outdoor lounge spaces overlook the mountains and the lake and are the perfect spot for a family vacation photo. Relax on the padded lounge furniture, open up your laptop, connect to the WiFi, and work from the most beautiful office in the mountains. Throw meat and veggies on the grill and enjoy dinner together at the outdoor dining table. The grill uses propane tanks which are provided.
Twinkling rope lights, rocking chairs, and a swinging bench create comfortable nooks for
reading, resting, and just enjoying the view. After a long day of hiking, bring a glass of your favorite wine and enjoy it in the steaming hot tub for four overlooking the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. Or, gather the family, grab some marshmallows, and head down to the fire pit for an authentic campfire experience.

$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

There is a 220 volt EV Charger at the cabin that charges 12-25 miles per hour. This charger is good for all electric vehicles, not just Teslas.

Lakeview Rendezvous can accommodate up to 8 guests and 4 dogs and as a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. You can park in the driveway and will be given a unique keycode for the keypad on the front door. The home has a washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, multiple flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities, games, books, kids' equipment, and information about the local area. It's just minutes from local grocery stores, breweries, restaurants (including riverside dining), gem mining, hiking trails, retail shops, and the Serenity Spa.
