We enjoyed our stay having two master bedrooms with their own ensuite. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. The view from the balcony was lovely. The location of the complex was very convenient, walkable to a large grocery store. Would highly recommended staying here.

Fantastic Location

Las Mananitas is in the perfect location… Close to shopping, fantastic restaurants and is on the beach. The unit was well appointed and extremely clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation

We liked everything about the condo, it was specious and everything we needed was there. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the pools were a hit! Thanks again for sharing such a beautiful place with our family!!

Great Family Vacation

This unit has everything you need and more. Just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and groceries. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there is plenty of everything for my family 5 for 7 days. The location is perfect - walk to the store, shops and a short drive to downtown (5mins) On the beach and 3 pools, you cannot go wrong!

Coming back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to grocery store. We walked downtown several times (about 30 min). The property had slow internet. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Condo

The unit was absolutely beautiful and a fantastic view from the balcony. The unit is appointed with everything to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. The only drawback is since we were last in San Jose, it has gotten very busy. The street and highway noise actually drown out the sound of the ocean. That was somewhat disappointing, especially considering how wonderful everything else is.

I can't say enough about this property. We have stayed at this complex before and we were so excited to be back, but this condo takes the cake!! Let me preface by saying we don't know the owners and we were not compensated to write this. So many details were considered for your comfort. First the beds... the MOST comfortable we have ever had in Mexico. Period. Everything was stocked for the kitchen; everything you would ever need. Good knives, pans, blender, plenty of silverware, juice press for limes, storage containers for left overs and even plastic cups to use by the pool. Everything! Now for Comfort: the couch is comfortable (I was leary when I saw the built in bases - no need to worry as the cushions are so thick and deep), plenty of seating EVERYWHERE for EVERYONE! Patio is huge and the furniture is so comfy. They have games (we will be buying "Smart Ass" for sure), towels for the pool, umbrellas, cooler bag, chairs for the beach, extra shampoo bottles, curling iron, blow dryer, extra towels and bed linen, pillows. There was only one teeny tiny detail I would have appreciated and that is a fan for the patio; even a portable one by the mini fridge area as it was quite hot while we were there and it gets a little stifling at night during dinner. Aside from that, every comfort has been considered. The view is unobstructed and beautiful. We absolutely had a fabulous time and would love to come and stay there again! Quiet, convenient get away for spring break

We literally had the pool area to ourselves! There were a few other people around, but tons of open space. It was quiet and relaxing. Las Mañanitas is a great spot for a relaxing self-sufficient family. The grocery store, La Comer is an easy 5-8 minute walk and we stocked up on drinks, breakfast, lunch and snacks. We walked to many dinners (Chambao!), Mama Mia and Tacos next to La Comer. Ubers were really easy and cheap as well. We golfed several times at Puerto Los Cabos and once with the kids at Vidanta golf. PLC is amazing vacation golf, Vidanta is more like a public muni course ;) There are grills available near the pool, but no servers or restaurant on site. The beach is a short walk and this unit is WELL STOCKED with beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrellas and more! We were super pleased with our stay. Really cozy beds, huge and comfy patio and the kitchen had salt, pepper and cooking spray. The only side note is that it is really quiet and our teenagers sort of ran out of things to do after day 5 or 6, lol. It was great for the parents!
