Gather in the game den with foosball, Smart TVs, and board games. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind with family essentials like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and laundry. Pet-friendly with fee.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms spread across two levels, there’s space for everyone to unwind. The upstairs master suite offers a king bed, Roku TV, and private ensuite bathroom. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom share the same level for convenient access. Downstairs, one bedroom features a queen bed, while another provides both a queen and a twin bed—ideal for families or groups traveling together. Fresh linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are located throughout the home, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hotel-quality towels. A mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination make mornings easy and evenings refreshing after a day of exploring.

Kitchen & dining
The galley-style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Share breakfast before heading out or gather for a relaxed dinner in the adjoining dining space that seats six and connects to the main living room for easy conversation.

Living spaces
Upstairs, the bright living room invites cozy movie nights or lazy afternoons with a good book. Downstairs, the game den keeps everyone entertained with foosball, board games, and another Smart TV. With two separate lounge areas, it’s easy to spread out or come together as the day unfolds.
