The apartment is located on a 3rd floor walk up and the apartment faces the street so you can see Spruce Street and this lovely area directly from your bedroom window.

We also offer a community coin-operated washer and dryer on the lower level.
Parking is free overnight, and a 2-hour time restriction 8 am to 10pm. There are plenty of paid parking lots in the area.

There is no elevator. This is a 3rd floor apt.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.
You can walk, taxi, bike and take public transportation to all tourist and historical points of interest from the apartment.
