The property has a total of five units with private entrances. Conveniently located next to busy US-1. Few blocks away from the best uptown shops, and walking distance to downtown shopping, dining, and historical sites.It's a 10-minute walk to the fort and 15 minutes to St. George S. Free parking is available in front and 40-amp EV charging in the back

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at nightâŠ.It is a vibrant town!
Our blue home is next to a vacant business with access to parking behind the home as well as the front. We are conveniently located next to US -1 (which is a busy road; apologies for disturbance ) easy on street parking or behind home. While we are sharing the property with other guests, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced! Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
Enter through the right courtyard through white side gate. Unit #2 is the second set of stairs in front of the round outdoor table. Keypad entry for self check in. Please enter door code and turn the lock then knob. If the light is green but does not turn correctly please give it a minute and try again. If the light is red; the number is wrong or you are at the wrong door.
Highly recommend parking in front of the home to check in then walk behind the property to see other parking options. The neighborhood could be quiet at times, not to worry our neighbors are kind!
"Old Town Cincinnati" offers a unique blend of comfort and creativity, featuring a King bed and a futon suitable for an additional guest with prior approval. We provide essential shower amenities, complimentary coffee and tea for light travelers. The room's layout includes a coffee table for two, a Roku TV, and a tall luggage table. History enthusiasts will appreciate the sounds of cargo trains passing by at night.
âąWalking is best, however bike, scooters, three wheelers rentals are available. Touristy town with trollies just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab to pick you up from the front of the property!
âąBikes are available for only guests staying on the property. Me'Lieu Property Management is not liable for injuries when you ride off the property. Please inspect bicycles before riding. Please use and return with care. *report any damages for necessary repairs*

âąParking Down Town 2.50 per hour, free after 5 pm and Sunday
âąParking garage (1 cordova St) $25 day parking
-Dogs are permitted on the premises subject to prior approval, and a thorough sweeping of the area is required upon departure.
-No smoking inside
-Trash bins are in the back parking lot
**Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.
-Security Cameras are on the property
-Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property.
