Come enjoy all lake Sinclair has to offer. A 90 minute drive from Atlanta. This lakeside home will sure to please with a large fenced in backyard. A sandbox for the kiddos, yard toys, lake floats all to enjoy during your stay. Outdoor Weber grill for those grilling evenings. Relax on the back deck and watch the sunset. Rent a boat from one of our local marinas. You have your own boat, launch is just 2 miles down the road from the house!

Great spot to enjoy the lake! Suzanne is a wonderful host and the house was better stocked than we expected. Our pooch loved the fenced yard and the neighbors were very nice as well. I definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again when visiting Lake Sinclair!

Perfect for family fun!

My family had a wonderful stay. The house had every comfort of home and is very dog friendly. The host responded to all inquiries. Would definitely be staying here again! Bring the whole family and enjoy the view and lake!

This was our second year staying at this lake house. It is perfect for our family. We will definitely keep coming back. Super clean and well stocked…from all the necessities you need in the house to all the fun things you want on the lake. Suzanne is quick to respond and very accommodating. Great neighbors too which is an added bonus!

Nice getaway

Property is very clean and has about everything you could want/need. Love that there was foil (it’s the little things). Ample space, comfy beds, well-stocked!

Property is lovely, clean and well equipped. Host provided everything that we needed for our stay, for both the people and the pup. A step above other Lake Sinclair properties we’ve rented and would definitely rent again!

Graduation Stay

Our lake front escape with Suzanne was exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, and Suzanne was very easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone else staying here if you happen to be in the area for Georgia college graduation or just wanted a nice your treat directly on the lake with your own dock for watching the sunset.

The house and property were beautiful! The lake toys in the storage closet was icing on the cake. Suzanne let us know immediately about internet issues and kept us updated. It was a great weekend with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and has had a nice update to include granite countertops and updated flooring. One of my sons enjoyed fishing off the dock, and there were many water toys at the house (kayaks, games, etc) to use and enjoy. The view of the lake is just beautiful and I loved drinking my coffee sitting on the back porch and watching the water. We were there for a GCSU Family Weekend, and it was an easy drive to and from Milledgeville around 20 minutes. There was great, quick communication when I had questions or comments. We will definitely come back in the future!

Very clean, well appointed, responsive host

The house was very clean, decor was very nice and thoughtful, outside areas were all very nice and in great condition. The host was absolutely incredible about everything from the beginning to the end of our stay. She is super responsive and goes above and beyond to make your trip perfect....and it was. We loved our peaceful time away from home.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The property is even better than the pics!! And, Suzanne was such a gracious host!! Everything was perfect, and we even received a welcome basket with gifts for my 2 labs included. Views of the lake are awesome. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully. The downstairs King bed is so comfortable!! Can’t say enough about this property, we will be back in the Spring so the dogs can enjoy the lake.

Thanksgiving holiday with family

We had all the young adult children in for Thanksgiving. The house was a great cozy size. Everyone was comfortable and the house was stock with everything we needed to include firewood for the outdoor fire pit. We also enjoyed the dock and huge outdoor television for all the college basketball games. I had great communication with the host. Everything was perfect. We hope to visit again this summer.

The property was nice the only recommendation I would provide is to have more handicap accessible at least for the entry to the front door and maybe down to the backyard otherwise the property was very nice the neighborhood was nice and quiet little disheartening to see so many political signs still in the yards other than that very nice

Simply lovely location on the lake!

The owner was a very good and frequent communicator and the house was extremely clean. The set up was perfect for my mom and a girlfriend to stay upstairs and my husband and I downstairs with the our greyhounds. The yard is fenced in and they loved running around and could be with us when we were swimming and hanging at the dock. We enjoyed the welcome drinks and snack and how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes plates etc. the two porches were lovely for sitting out with morning coffee We made a few suggestions for improvements that were minor and which the host was open to. We loved our experience and will come back soon when it is a bit cooler. Highly recommend the house.

Our thanksgiving stay

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week at your lake house!! Could not believe all the accommodations you provided. Everything you could possibly need and little special surprises throughout the house. Even a gift basket with awesome goodies. Suzanne was the most amazing host!! We had one problem when we first arrived but she corrected the issue within 15 minutes. She made sure we had a great vacation. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We can’t wait to return during the summer and play with all the water toys provided. Cathy

Bring your 4-legged children (dogs)

Property was as listed. Communication was great. House was super clean and well stocked. Basic condiments in the fridge, coffee, sugar and creamers too. There were even balls to play with, a very nice doggie bed, food and water bowls and treats for Ellie (Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). The yard is securely fenced, so Ellie had a field day (literally) coming in a going out as she pleased. The fire pit is so cozy, with fire wood supplied. The dock is clean and welcoming, as are the twp porches (one covered, and one in the sun). We'll be back!

Perfect lake house getaway!

A truly perfect lake house for families! There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs for kids and a beautiful downstairs suite for adults that includes a living room, a work space, and a walk out to a sweet patio. The kitchen has everything you need (rare in a VRBO in my experience) and the fenced in back yard was great for the dog. We docked our boat at the ramp and enjoyed using the many boat toys that Suzanne prepared for us (also rare in my experience). The boys even learned to knee board for the first time! Suzanne went the extra mile with hospitality and even had a bottle of wine and dog treats waiting for us when we arrived. She was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Overall, a really great vacation rental that is relatively close to Atlanta with lake traffic a lot calmer than Allatoona or Lanier. Highly recommend!
