The Reef Club #507 is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that accommodates 7 guests. Elegantly accentuated by an open floorplan with fresh updates and high-quality furnishings throughout. Modern and versatile, this property is the perfect getaway for making memories surrounded by peaceful sands and spectacular ocean views. This premier getaway offers a stylish ambiance enhanced by natural tones and textures. Nestled in the charming community of Indian Rocks Beach, the Reef Club Complex sits on the glittering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and boasts a beachfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and tennis courts right off the balcony and the stunning shores just beyond.

Owners Rich and Diana take pride in providing guests with a premier vacation experience through their vacation rental units that are family-friendly, fully updated, and designed with quality furnishings and comfortable bedding. This beachfront beauty has a gulf-front balcony with access from the living room that allows guests easy access to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the gulf waters each evening. The complex of Reef Club has plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool, hot tub, covered dining tables, grills, tennis court, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Some exclusive amenities include a paddleboard, folding beach chairs, sand and surf toys, a cooler, and boogie boards.

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Amenities include a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, handheld mixer, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: The adjacent dining area is stylishly appointed with seating for 6, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and a bonus wine cooler.

Living Room: The sundrenched and stylish living area features a calming tropical flare with ample plush seating, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Step out onto your private beachfront balcony with a delightful dining area overlooking the sparkling Gulf waters.

Bedroom #1: The dreamy and spacious master suite presents a royal retreat with a plush King bed, walk-in closet, nightstands with USB ports, TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath hosts an elegant granite vanity and beautifully tiled shower/tub combination and a bidet.

Bedroom #2: Boasts an impressive King-size bed chicly dressed in vibrant hues, a walk-in closet, a nightstand with USB ports, a TV, and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: The guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower complete with custom tiling, vanity sink, and bidet. No tub.

Bedroom #3: Offers versatility with a full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bunk on the top, a TV, and plenty of dresser space.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer provided in the unit.

Beach Closet: 6 folding beach chairs, a rolling cooler, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 5th floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
