Stayed for a week with family to celebrate momâs birthday (ages ranged from 1-70). Nice house with plenty of space and beautiful water views! We made use of the fire pit and kayaks. Close to Falmouth (and therefore the ferry to Marthaâs Vineyard) which was very convenient for us. Highly recommend for a family getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach front home! The owner was fantastic to work with! The house is very comfortable and the view is incredible. Our adult aged kids and their spouses loved it too. What a perfect way to spend some uninterrupted time together! Our dogs also loved running on the beach! We will definitely ask to rent again in the future!
We had an amazing stay at this waterfront VRBO, even with the rain! The house itself was perfectâclean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was fantastic and provided great recommendations for local activities. Rain or shine, this place is a gem!
Everything was perfect at this property, the living space, the amount of beds, the views and the amenities! My friends and I had an amazing girls weekend! The property manager was so kind and easy to work with, she even replaced a missing remote with instacart so quickly!
The property and location were just as advertised. We enjoyed time on the private beach including kayaking, as well as watching the pretty sunsets. Very clean and updated accommodations.
Spent 4 days/3 nights at the Mashpee home with my husband, 7 year old daughter, my mother and my sister (our 2 year old lab mix also joined us) Everyone was in awe of our surroundings. The beach was perfect!
Our daughter spent her days digging up treasures, finding sea glass and paddling around on the surfboard that was provided. We kayaked (2 kayaks on-site), lounged, and made so many incredible memories. Our dog was equally obsessed with the beach!
Great deck overlooking the water that we spent a lot of time on.
The home itself was perfect. We cooked all of our meals right there. The kitchen was stocked. The only thing we had to go buy was a colander. Streamed live TV through our cable provider to the smart TV, however you also have access to other streaming apps. More than Enough space for our family of 3 plus our 2 guests and the pup. The washer and dryer were perfect and we were able to wash our suits and towels after a long day on the beach.
Kelsey the property manager was incredible to work with and was always a quick message away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we look forward to staying again! 5-Stars!
The location is lovely and the orientation of the house allows for beautiful sunsets. We came to celebrate our grandmotherâs birthday. We had 4 generations, we were ages 22 months to 82 years, group of 7, house sleeps 8.
A few safety concerns with the stair railing spaced such that a 2 year old could fall through, there is a substantial sink hole by the stairs going to the beach, a concern for both the youngest and oldest in our group. The grill was covered in mold, it had to be thoroughly cleaned before it could be used (the cleaning crew need to check this) There are outdoor chaises but one was broken, if you donât notice before you sit, you will fall.
The deck is nice but there are only 3 chairs for the outside dining table. No chairs for around the fire pit. There is a nice outdoor sofa and chair set up. Only 6 chairs for the inside dining table, living area has a sofa (seats 2 or 3 maybe) and 2 chairs..the dining table is glass top and the corners are full of crumbs that can not be reached without removing the glass top which We could not do. There is no central air, the room units are pound and not very effective, in August you need air conditioningâŠOver all a few disappointing things that can be overcome with some attention from the managers/ owners. Did we still have fun, YES.
A beautiful, tranquil visit to the Cape for my family of three kids and my husband. It was amazing to be able to walk down steps to the ocean and be in such a great area to go visit other popular places in Cape Cod. The house was very clean and it had everything that we needed. The only feedback I would give is to buy a better vacuum, and to periodically clean the grill. My kids had an absolute blast!
Great house with its own little beach in Mashpee. Comfortable place with 4 bedrooms, nice kitchen, great deck looking out to the ocean. Pet-friendly, and our lab had a ball frolicking in the water. Great sunsets.
I currently own 23 Seconsett Point Road in Mashpee, I also own 2 other properties on Seconsett Point Road. I love the area, it is a quaint and quiet area right by the water where I love to spend my time with my family. One of my favorite pastimes on the Cape is boating with my family.
