Enjoy living/family rooms with leather furniture & big windows. Plush comfy beds, baths with vessel sinks & granite. Close to shopping, dining & all Colorado has to offer.

-Entire tri-level home with six stairs up to bedrooms or down to family room and garage from main floor. Then six steps to basement level.

-Private fenced back yard with corn hole game

- Backyard has large two level deck with grill, dining tables, sectional, chiminea

-No smoking or vaping inside but enjoy deck or ZenDen/shed in backyard. Just funky, fun shed to relax, smoke and hang out. May be a little dusty with a few leaves :)

-Soft bamboo sheets, plush towels and closets with hangers and shelves

-5 tv's with Roku stick. Netflix and included, foosball, games and books for entertainment.

-Wifi included as well as a desk in family room with modem

-Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in laundry room, to ensure you look your best while in town!

-Central air conditioning and forced air heating plus attic fan upstairs. On hot days, crack a window and turn on to remove hot air.

-Fully stocked kitchen with sink, oven/electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Pantry with staples, tea pot, coffee makers, baking sheets, toasters, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more!
