Wedding

Safe neighborhood . Close drive to shops and restaurants and camping and Dillon Lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We were there for my sister's wedding. It was clean and ready to go. Plus there weren't a lot of extra cleaning to do to leave either. The beds were comfy ( which is difficult to find in places) . There was a water cooler we used to drink water and much appreciated. The check in and out was simple. The only critic i have is to clean the window seals cus they were dirty with dust and black stuff. Also fix the toilet in the downstairs as it was safe to use but wobbly. We also believe people who stay there should be required to do the dishes as i had to pre wash anything i used because of stuck on food and under the couch and ottoman. Which normally people dont look under but we moved the ottoman to use and it was dirty . The plants were a nice touch and honestly I would rather stay here than any hotel in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There was an array of tiny conditioner and no shampoo. But we usually bring our own shampoo n conditioner anyways. The patio was relaxing to sit out and enjoy our hot tea on and coffee. The snacks were a nice touch and the Hot chocolate ( very pleased) .

Nice place

Traveled to see the eclipse and Michael's house was perfect for what I needed. Did not need to contact him for anything as checkin process was communicated ahead of time as well as wifi information. Short drive to lots of restaurants in Zanesville.

Wonderful home

I was in town for Mother’s Day and couldn’t have ask for a more perfect place, Michael has put a lot of thought and detail into this home Everything you need to enjoy your stay can be found here The only recommendation we have is to add a TV to the master bedroom It is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood with everything within a short drive We will be staying again this is now our go to when we visit the area

I travel for a living, I work for an airline. I’m away from home for 180 days per year. I know what it is like to stay in a crummy hotel room. It’s my passion to provide the best stay for anyone, whether you are staying for a few nights, or a few months.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Choose this property, because you want to be in a safe peaceful neighborhood that is quiet, has a yard of your own, a patio to sit outside and enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall. If you are staying for a month or longer, you will feel right at home. The furnace and A/C are brand new to provide you with the most comfortable temperature inside that works for you. You have a washer and dryer in your home, high speed WIFI, and a smart tv that you can access your streaming apps with. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need for cooking. As well as an outdoor gas grill to use.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This place has all new furniture, and resides in a nice neighborhood just away from town. This means quiet nights, seeing the stars, making friends with the neighborhood cats (my favorite is Bella) as they stop by and say hello while wandering around the neighborhood. The landscaping is all wonderful and you will see flowers blooming all spring and summer.

Even with a setting that feels like your in the country, you are only minutes from north Zanesville. That include all of the shopping centers, best restaurants, golf courses, the hospital, live music at LA-Z-Acres campgrounds, and even the Dillon State Park and wildlife area.

So many positive reasons to choose this home for your stay!
