Directly overlooking the community pool with a breathtaking view of the Gulf, this updated and highly sought-after condo is the perfect place to spend your Florida getaway. Just steps from the white-sand beach, this home is conveniently close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of things to do, ensuring that you and your group will have everything you need during your stay. Lounge about the pool and hot tub to truly relax and feel your cares melt away.

Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. With comfortable furniture throughout, it feels just like home. Enjoy the gorgeous view from the private oversized balcony, watching sunsets that are unlike any other, then take in a movie on the 55-inch smart TV in the living area. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the updated kitchen with granite counter tops. The main bedroom has a 43-inch smart TV, and an en suite bath. Enjoy double Captain bunks in the hallway and a queen sofa bed.

Mini Vacation

Condo was clean and comfortable. We were missing parking passes to the unit upon arrival, a book with local activities, restaurant and better description of the property and beach access would have been nice to know.

Pre-Vacation Getaway

My husband and I had to come down for a work trip earlier in the week and our big family vacation was that weekend. We decided to stay a couple nights here before everyone got to the beach. It was absolutely perfect. I had one WFH day and the WiFi was perfect for Zoom calls. The condo was extremely clean and had us feeling at home. The Owners of other condos were absolutely incredible and a such a memorable part of our trip. The pool and hot tub were both large so you don’t feel like you’re on top of people, especially in the hot tub. It’s only 4 stories so you don’t have to wait on an elevator. Parking was a breeze. We couldn’t ask for better beach access. It was absolutely perfect in every way. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and it was truly amazing. The location was close to all beaches and our condo was minutes away walking distance to the beach. Would def recommend

Definitely 5 Stars!

This condo was beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully arranged and equipped. We felt at home the minute we walked in. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Parking was convenient and no problem. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony and the unit is within a very easy walk to the beach. Although we didn't use it, there is a nice pool that did not seem to be crowded. There are outdoor public grills available for use by the pool. Great location and lovely apartment, we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo/Perfect Location

This condo is everything you could ask for and more!! It is very tastefully decorated, furniture is cozy and comfortable!! You feel at home from the moment you walk in the door!! Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds, the master bedroom bed is also very comfortable. And location, location, location, is perfect!! Steps away to the most beautiful beach you can imagine. It takes your breath away!! There are also many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy this vacation home again and again!! 10 Stars!! Thank you for having us!!

Very comfortable and clean, close to the beach

The condo itself was great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Very clean! The location was nice. Just across from the beach with partial gulf views. Fair warning it isn't within walking distance of stores, but not an issue if you have a car. And the public beach access across the street is tiny so I suggest you drive right down the street and purchase a pass to Gulf Island National Seashore at Johnson Beach. The only real issue we had is the keypad to get in and our of the condo. It was a pain. The directions you get emailed were unclear and our code got changed mid-stay and we weren't notified. But even with that I do recommend this condo. It was very nice and I am very picky. Very nicely priced also.

Great Place

It was a neat, clean little spot very close to the beach. The space was compact but well laid out. We cooked every day and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could we’d! Very short walk to the beach. The only bad thing is the public access beach space is very limited. It has nothing to do with the property though. Just something to be aware of before you go. Get down there early if you want a spot close to the water.

AWESOME HOME!!!!!

This was a great home! It was spotless, just exactly as the pictures described!!! The view was better than the description and photos. We could see the ocean very well from the balcony. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all updated appliances. I cooked most of the meals on the trip. The property was quiet and the pool area observed the stated quiet hours. We had a great relaxing quiet vacation. We definitely plan to return and we highly recommend this condo. I would like to leave a challenge for all future renters. The owners paid great attention to detail in providing a beautiful , clean , quiet place to vacation. Please leave this home as you found it, take good care to appreciate the exceptional service they are providing!
